7-Eleven — Restaurant in Edgewater

Whoa - to the reviewer Lil Arab with only one review! Are we playing race card here now? Funny you said that you want fresh coffee and said that the coffee was stale in the morning when it is at night when the coffee are at its worst. Do you even know what a fresh coffee is? Just because the person that works at night is of Arab ethnicity and you guys bond, it does not negates the fact that he was rude to customer, the place was dirty at night, the bathroom was locked on purpose so that no one can use it (well unless you are Arab of course) - and that guy have some serious hygiene issues. That is why I don't go to this 7-11 at night. I go almost every morning to get my coffee and due to the volume of the coffee sold - the coffee are constantly being brewed to meet the demands. And while on the subject matters on ethnicity - I have seen these 7-11 staff being inanely bullied by rude entitled people of certain ethnicity (cough Arabs? Turkish?) who disrespectfully throw the money to the cashier or got mad and start cussing at the morning staff there.

So lets leave the race card alone and don't be so entitled. Maybe you should go to Starbucks around the corner, pay premium price and get your coffee. I can guarantee you that if you give the Starbucks baristas attitude, you will get an even WORST attitude back from them. And I dont think you will be able to play ethnic cards there either.

Three stars for the morning staff - and none for the evening staff. That place is dirty and a dump at night, the food are old and the store is badly maintained - and good luck trying to use the locked bathroom. They will not open it for you well unless you are... people of the...

This is absolutely one of the most disgusting 7-11 I have ever visited. I had to wait for the cashier - a tall scruffy looking guy who knew that I was at the counter ready to pay but just ignore me while he was leisurely talking to his friend a few feet away. The guy behind me who is waiting to pay gave me an annoyed look and asked if that guy is going to let us pay.

When the cashier finally came up - man talk about hygiene - this guy stinks like anything. I dont know if he is really working in 7-11 (he was not wearing any 7-11 name tags or shirts) but someone need to tell this guy to TAKE A SHOWER!!! He stinks!! I would think twice about helping myself to the hot foods if it has been handled by this guy. Someone needs to call Department of Health and complain about this store. I literally had to run out to get some fresh air - his body odor is so bad. Bad customer service and bad hygiene in this 7-11.

And what is up with the gas attendant that is not available or sleeping in his car where there are a few other cars waiting to get their gas. It is a hit and miss here - sometimes the gas attendant – another scruffy looking guy is there and sometimes he is not or you will see him sleeping in a car. It is super annoying. You never know if you are going to get service – and it is illegal to self-pump in this state but I (and a few other people) had to pump our own gas – even though they don’t have the best price. This gas station is the worst gas station in the area and had it not been in Edgewater Commons where I do my shopping, I would not even be coming here....

The one reason I give it one star is because otherwise o can’t leave a message. I ordered a few things here thru DoorDash. Among that stuff was a pepperoni pie. And a cheese pie. Well the cheese pie looked green and that pepperoni was not pepperoni. And it wreaked of something he stale and old. I called and it goes straight to voicemail. Why would you care you figure mostly door dash ordered right. Or is it that that way you won’t deal with complaints like mine. Well, news flash I am reporting this to the BBB and the food and health administration because I don’t know what you did to the pizza but it is not normal. Waist of my hard earned money.
