Best kept secret of Centennial Lakes!
Mykenna's Café is your solution for the cookie cutter monotony of choosing a decent lunch. That's not a jab at the competition around Centennial Lakes, either. It's easy to get spoiled to some of the options around there, but if you're looking for a simple, high quality lunch, you need look no further.
I like to walk around the lake on my lunch break every day and I'd always notice these folks coming out of that office building with little Styrofoam containers in plastic shopping bags and I thought I'd head in there and see what they had.
Turns out that they had staffed counters to make a variety of different foods. They have a sandwich/wrap counter where you can get anything from a tuna sandwich on sliced bread to a wrap, or a fancy deli wich on ciabatta. They have a salad counter where they were whipping up lord knows what, and I think the next counter down was hot food. Clearly I got a sandwich (Turkey and goat cheese, which is so heavenly I am writing this review) so I can't speak to the other parts.
Again, this is not to knock Potbelly, Whole Foods, Pinestripes, 5 guys or any of the other food around Centennial Lakes, but if you're looking for something different that is also good, this is a great bet.
