Iv lived by this McDonald's for over 20 years they have rebuilt it twice now I believe, correct me if I'm wrong. I never had that much of a problem with this McDonald's until the most recent rebuild. Where do I begin. My experience with them. First time coming back it's Friday morning my husband and I enjoy getting breakfast on Fridays it's something we have done for a long time. On this particular morning, I ordered our breakfast, our usual wich consent of the big pancake breakfast that comes with a hash brown, egg, biscuit, sausage. I oder a large coke with light ice and a lg Carmel frapachino. I get my order placed drive to first window pay for it. Next window the lady hands me the coke with light ice, she closes her window I'm patiently waiting for the rest of my order, a minute later she opens the window back up, she ask me if there was a problem, no I replied, then she asked me is there something else I can get you. I'm just waiting on the rest of my order. Is there a problem she ask? No, I just have not received my order yet just the coke. She tells me to hold on. Then she opens the window back open and has her supervisor with her. The supervisor, ask me is there a problem? No, not that I'm aware of I said. I'm still waiting on my food. Was there a problem with your food she ask? I have not got it yet you guys just handed me the coke with light ice I'm still waiting for the rest. Now the supervisor closes the window. Then she opens it back up. Can I see your receipt? Yes I hand her my receipt. Again she ask me what's the problem with your order. I told her again I have not received it yet, I'm still waiting on it, showed her the inside of my car so she could see I have no McDonald's bags in my car. They shut the window again. If I'm getting upset I can't imagine the people having to wait behind me. Finally they open the window back. Again I kid you not the manger ask what is the problem with your food.? I have not received my order yet. Now I'm mad as heck. I paid for my order I showed you my receipt you only gave me the coke I wanted the food I paid for. Oh ok,! Oh đŽ then they hand me my bag of food and made me my frapachino and gave it to me. I left concerning who the heck they have running the place. I have gone there many times after, because they are by my house. They either get my order wrong, or give me cold food. Sometimes they get it right. There have been times iv sat in line the only customer in the drive through no one is taking my order then minutes later someone else pulls up and they get their order taken first. They...
Read moreThis is my mistake. I went there two times in a row and thought there would be a difference with a different shift working. Last night, Friday, We arrived and placed our order (2 drinks, 2 large fries, a quarter pounder and 10 PC nugget), paid at 10:39p. They told us to pull forward to wait. So we did. At 11:10p, after 4 cars pulled passed up with their order, this pregnant lady was getting irritably starving and had to go to the bathroom, although they just locked the door at 11p. Finally we called the store and they had somehow lost our order and had us replace it and said they'd bring it out. We asked for a refund and they said if they refunded the order then we couldn't get our food. WHAT KIND OF POLICY IS THAT? You have unhappy customers that waited, now 30 minutes, for a simple order and a pregnant woman needing substance (blood sugar issues) and they won't even try to negotiate a resolution. About 5 minutes after replacing our order, they came out to question us again and take our receipts, saying they're confused as to what's going on. I asked to go to the bathroom while they attempted to get us our food, since they wouldn't refund us and we were starving. The shift lead almost declined me (pregnant) from going to the bathroom but made the right choice and allowed it. Finally they got me the food and let us go, only refunding $3 of the $12s we spent.
My husband needed food quick this morning, Saturday. 10:30a and most places stopped serving breakfast. So I settled for this McDonalds, knowing that they messed my order up yesterday and didn't have high Hope's today. Well.. at 10:42a, placed order, and sure enough I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and they gave me bacon egg and cheese. Slightly burnt biscuit. My husband had fries and a quarter pounder. Fries were ice cold even though they said they just started making them. But the burger was fine. He said he should have checked because when he placed the order she asked if he had asked for a mcgriddle when he said biscuit.
Shame. This McDonalds used to he the better one, with good service. Now it's apparently hardly functioning and don't believe in the customer is always right, even with proof.. won't be...
Read moreI went about a week ago and my food was wrong and fixed incorrectly 2 times. So i drove back around 3 total times and finally figured surley everything is right this time. I get home... 20 min away at 3am after work and notice my large fries were literally half full and cold and my food was still made wrong. I get that mistakes happen as i work in the food industry but i called to see if i could bring my reciept and uneaten food back tomrorow and the manager said no you can bring it now and i explained that it was 3 am and i had already been through the drive thru 3 times and didnt want to drive 20 min again at 3 am and she literally said "not my problem" and i said excuse me yall are the ones who messed it up and she said k well bring it now or not at all and i said wow your very rude and she said so are you and i asked for copperates number and she said good luck w that were not a corporate store and i said ok well whats your name and she seriously hung up in my face and never answered again when i called back. Were any of these mangers trained? Why would you want someone like that representing your business? Clearly the higher ups dont care bc i see many reviews along the same lines as this. I was shocked that anyone IN CHARGE of managing a business would speak that way to a very frequent customer. (Sorry for any spelling errors, my...
