Five Guys — Restaurant in Edwardsville

Very over priced the food is not very good or hot and we dine-in! The food was awful had NO favor the burgers were not that hot the fries were awful had No favor as well the soda was ok and for two cheese one double and one single bacon burger a large fry that was suppose to feed 3 that didn't and a reg.shake and a small soda cost us $39.86 it was expensive as hell for some awful cold no favorgross food. The only thing good there was the shake that was almost 6 dollars for a little over 12oz's the cup was a little bigger then a 12 oz soda can. That was the only thing there worth having and yet it still wasn't worth the price you pay for it.!!!! Also they had FREE peanuts and the door for you to make you a little cup full. That's it!!! The prices here are ridiculous and they don't have a very good selection to choose from either on dessert is only shakes that are high and small for the price you pay.! Place was clean now COVID- 19 clean environment not so much. Staff not so friendly kind of stuck up snobby kids.! For the prices you expect a whole hell of a lot better tasting, warmer food, and way more on the dollar portions. WILL NOT eat here again or tell people to go try it either!!! Very disappointed...

I ubered a bacon burger during a slow time that advertised 15-30 minutes delivery (ordered at about 8pm), but did not receive it until almost an hour later. I had noticed in the app that the courier was at the restaurant for a good deal of time as well. I had ordered a bacon burger instead of a cheeseburger due to a substantial dairy intolerance, however my burger was covered in cheese so I missed out on having the main portion of my dinner. Due to the late delivery, most other places were starting to close when I received my order, and far to late to correct my order. I did receive extra Fry's, but they seemed a bit oilier and saltier than usual as well. I understand things happen, however this made for a sour experience for me, which I find disappointing as I usually have great service with Five Guys, even from the same place...

I had previously left a five star review until my last visit, I had the worst experience EVER at a restaurant in the area.I was waiting for a order and asked the manager if he was the person who went viral and this man went absolutely crazy.I asked for a card to contact the owner of this restaurant and he got even worse,he then asked me to leave and I did. I have asked about him before from other management in that location and they all had negative things to say.I also reached out to the corporate office to let them know of the situation as this man is a horrible look for 5 guys. I hope the owner can see this and maybe take care of this man,but I believe he might be his son and that's even worse.That store is already on the decline so hope he fixes his...
