Excellent. Continue your best services. Don't mind the nasty low-rated stars. Those people are either snobs and don't know good donuts are and coffee. Or cheap homeless-like penny pinchers, that can't afford good service.
Hard work is the way of life. We all work to be productive members of society. We are all in it together. Business. Service is everywhere we go. The way we communicate. It's Everyone. Everwhere.
Bad low-rating customers: ask yourself this? Can you be able to make an entire platter of donuts within 15 minutes? Can you actually satisfy every customer like yourselves and do it with a food safety score of A rating? Can you actually brew coffee and keep up an inventory to accomodate 100's of customers in one day? Low-rating miserable people. If you can't understand good service or had to lift a finger to provide excellent service stay away from buying food prepared for you dumb-miserable people. Customer's like you deserve dirt really. Businesses like this stand tall. Customer's like you slouch, lazy fat, and have nothing better in life except to drag good people down to hell with you.
Most likely those low-raters are either miserable in their life and can't love themselves in this world. Maybe competitor's trying to pull good businesses down. When the world evolves around progress. Not haters.
Those 1 star people are haters. If you can't appreciate business. Stay away from growing businesses. Don't come out of your miserable homes. Since you want to be miserable. Don't drag other successful people into your crumby life style of being cheap.
This is way better than Starbucks. They have better Donuts and Good coffee. Wish they had a bigger lounge area though. Wish the homeless would stop ruining good establishments like this.
I hate the homeless people causing problems and ruining places like this for everyone. This is a better type of cafe and hangout place.
I love it. I love businesses like this. Good hard workers. Don't...
Read moreDunkin Donuts is our go to spot for coffee. The value for the size and quality of drinks is great. Today though, we had an issue wirh pricing and failure to honor prices boldly posted in store. We were hapoy to take advantage of the free donut with drink offer on the app. We walked in as the drive through line was insanely long. Quickly got to the register and began to order a few items. Was only going to get our drink and the free donut, but thought I'd grt my boyfriend the bluberry cake donut too. And why not take advantage of the 10 munchkins for $2 as posted on a very large cling across the donut display case. So we mixed them up. When I went to pay I was asked for $12+ this was odd as the drink is $4.79, free donut, 1 purchased would of been 1.45. Munchkins should of been $2.00. So with tax it should of been around $9.00. The cashier couldn't figure out the free donut so just removed it. I paid and it showed the munchkins as $3.49. I asked the associate who made the drink about the price descepancy and if I could get a price adjustment for the error. She plainly said they didn't have that deal anymore and no she wouldn't credit for that. I pointed out the sticker on their case that showed the deal and asked her to honor it. She flately said she would not. I have the extra $1.49, don't get me wrong, but its honestly just the principle of the fact it was posted and not honored. I work in retail and this is substandard...
Read moreI placed a mobile order and when I came in, I went to the counter where I asked if the order on the counter was for Jessica and she said, look at the sticker. So I saw one of my drinks was ready but not the second one or the donuts. No biggie, I waited away from the counter for about 15 min. Then they called my name and gave me the same drink that was already ready when I got there. I said well I'm still waiting on the other drink and donuts. I told her, no rush, I know you guys are busy (even though they were not all that busy). Then I went back to waiting. Another 10 or so minutes went by then they called me for my second drink. I got it but my donuts were not there and she gave me attitude when I told her I was still waiting on donuts. She looked at what I guess was the order receipt and threw them in the bag and handed them to me. I told her to have a nice day and she just rolled her eyes and I left. Two girls at the counter had really bad attitudes with not just me but the 2 other customers in there as well. This was ever only my second time inside the store but at this point, I don't intend on coming back anytime soon. The 35-40 minutes I waited after arrival and the poor attitude of the employees was more than I expected and not something I want to pay for...
