Food and drink are always good. I've never seen a mistake made by the employees with an order, only by a customer who grabs the wrong drink or forgets a change to their order at the register. I don't go in every day or even every week, but I'm in about once or twice a month. I don't keep track of what day I go in, but it's always in the afternoon/evening when I get off work. I feel like this store has a high turnover rate as almost every time I go, there are faces I don't recognize. The person manning the register is different every time and is clearly new since they always have to ask the other employee for help on my order. My order is the same every time I go: Vanilla Blue Sky with strawberries instead of pineapple because I'm allergic to pineapple. So it's not complicated, and I'm not complaining about a new employee asking questions, I'd rather have them ask questions and make it right than get my order wrong. I'd just like to see some familiar faces, is all, and I feel like I never do. Hmm, if I had any complaint, it would be in line with some of the other reviews regarding employees chit chatting and laughing instead of hustling and making an order. The only times I have seen this occur is when there are 2 female employees working, as long as one of them is a different gender they stay on task pretty well. There's usually 2 employees in the store at a time, and they seem to work best like that; but once there's a 3rd employee, then the chit chatting starts up again, but only if there's 2 females. Their maturity level shows through when there's more than 1 girl. Some of them look like what I'd call a "13th grader", fresh out of high-school this is probably their 1st job and they can't hangout on their cellphone so they end up chit chatting and giggling instead. Read moreBeen going to this Jamba Juice for many years as it's 1 of my favorite stores, but recently moved to a rural area so I only get to stop by occasionally when I'm visiting family. So September 2025 was the 1st time I'd been by since 2024. It's Pumpkin Smash season after all so I wanted to get my favorite smoothie while I was in town. My lactose intolerance is so severe that I can't risk getting anything with milk in it because diary literally makes me blackout from a migraine, & I'm not exaggerating when I say that either. Anyways I asked for a Plantbased Pumpkin Smash only to be told they didn't have 1 of the ingredients. I 4get if it was the ice cream or the milk, but 1 of them they didn't have in their plant based version. So I was in town again a couple weeks later for Jury Duty & stopped by to see if they had the ingredients in yet. Except this time they told me that not only did they not have the ingredients in, but they also weren't ever going to be able to get the ingredients for the Plantbased Pumpkin Smash because of an issue with their computer system preventing them from being able to make the order for it. Which is odd to me because they can get the ingredients for all their other recipes & their seasonal 1s, but not this 1 single ingredient? How can an ordering system work like that? Anyways my oldie, but goodie go-to smoothie the Vanilla Blue Sky has also been removed from the menu. I asked the employees about it & they said it's no longer served, because they don't do the Spirulina anymore. Which is disappointing, but again they still couldn't make it without the Spirulina for me because of a lack of ingredients. So I've been going to the other smoothie shop in the mall where they can do plant based drinks for me...
Read moreI am beyond upset by what has happened to the management at this Jamba Juice. I have been going to this place for 3 years now and almost never have bad interactions with the employees. The manager who refused to give me their name who had feminine qualities had the worst customer service I have ever seen. It seemed like they were upset to see customers showing up, talked down to me and refused to fix the order that they messed up. When I asked why they couldn't fix a mistake on their part the manager had a team member deal with the situation and hid in the back.
