Ordered online for pickup. Order was correct and on time. Food was delicious and the family loved it. This is our favorite Chili's and we look forward to returning.
Update 6/5/19: Today's order at another Chili's just confirmed that the one on N. Mesa is our favorite. Placed an online order for the Chili's on Transmountain for pickup. When I showed up at the "to-go" area, it wasn't very busy but stood there while several employees glanced over and looked away. After several minutes I followed the sign's instructions and went for help at the bar. Same as the other spot, I stood there for several minutes while employees glance over and look away. I then went to the girl seating people and was finally approached. After finally receiving our meals, I wanted to take them out of the bag to ensure they got the order correct. Apparently this upset the girl helping me and just stood there while I pulled out the items to look and then was quiet when I thanked her with no thanks for ordering with them. Yes folks, location does matter and restaurants in the Northeast of El Paso have issues with their workers as did this Chili's. I will make sure to keep my business at the Chili's on N. Mesa.
UPDATE 8/20/22: Called ahead to ask if they make reservations and was told "yes". I thought that they didn't and proceeded to ask several more questions ( "Are you sure?", "Do I need to make a deposit to hold our table?", "Is there anything else I need to do to hold our table?"). The girl was adamant that the table would be held and all I needed to do was call ih we would be late. Upon arriving the hostess said there was NO reservation on her screen. Needless to say I was beyond angry after the phone exchange so I asked for the manager. He shows up to say that they don't make reservations (Really? Then why didn't the hostess say that instead of pointing out that there was no reservation in my name). The wait was going to be 45 minutes but they ended up finding 2 tables alongside each other. The service was terrible because one waiter was looking after I don't know how many tables. It took forever to get our meals that included several mistakes. Come to find out that it was their last night with the current menu. The new one is intended to attract people sitting at the bar. Long story short, this place has gone way down hill which was evident that night as half the restaurant was empty. This place used to be our favorite and we would visit it at least once a month, but no more. Removing more food selections will only send us to Texas Roadhouse, which is just around the corner.
UPDATE 4/28/2023: Decided to try Chilis again for only one reason: my wife and daughter like their street roasted corn. They liked the corn but Chilis signature dish, their ribs was very disappointing. The ribs were short on meat, barely had any sauce on them and were dry and not very tender. I was very disappointed trying them again with the same not good result, especially when choosing their...

We were lead to our table and had a man as our waiter he asked us for our drinks and then came back and we told him if he could give us a few minutes because my boyfriend still needed to figure out what he was going to order. We said a few minutes not 15 minutes the waiter kept walking back and forth never followed up and then finally we had to stop him and tell him if we could order. And then he said “omg guys I’m sorry I forgot I haven’t gotten your order yet” we wanted to leave but we decided to stay because we were hungry. We decided to order the 2 for 25 which is a appetizer two meals and a dessert, we also ordered two beers and a red beer so they could be here with food. I ordered the just bacon burger and when I cut open my burger it was really pink and looked kinda slimy still I’m not the one to complain or send food back but I could not eat it like that. I called the waiter and he took it back when he brought it back he said the cooks in the back made a comment stating “it was cook, that people can eat pink meat” I was livid and I’m sorry BUT I DO NOT WANT TO EAT A PINK BURGER!!!! We asked about our beers and guess what to add more to the night, HE FORGOT TO PUT THE ORDER AND FORGOT WHAT BEERS WE ORDERED SO HE COULDNT PLAY IT OFF. we never got asked about our dessert we never got refills on our waters, it was horrible! No manager was to be seen! This will probably be the last time I will visit this establishment!!! This isn’t the first time we have had a horrible experience like this but I think it should be know what’s going on here after yesterday! This was not...
Read moreThis Chili's location has really upped its game in the past year. We've been here a few times and the food has always been top notch. My absolute favorite thing Chili's does is the chips and salsa - the chips are thin restaurant-style tortilla chips with just the right amount of salt, and the salsa has a great taste, not to spicy, but just the right flavor. My second favorite thing is the 3 for Me deal. Chili's introduced this a few months ago, and in this current economic environment, it's nice to have a restaurant that helps us save a few bucks. The 3 for Me offers an appetizer, an entree, and a drink for $10.99. This is a great deal these days. We usually get the chips and salsa to share for the table (it's bottomless!) and I get the burger or chicken sandwich, which are both outstanding. In fact, the chicken sandwich is better than Chick-Fil-A and Popeye's famous sandwiches combined, and it's big enough to cut in half and take half home for the next day. Add to that a drink, usually an iced tea. Another fantastic dish is the three protein fajitas, with shrimp, beef, and chicken. Also big enough to either share or take half home for later. If I'm by myself, I get the 3 for Me, if with others, one of us gets the fajitas and everyone shares. There are ways to still go out to a restaurant and enjoy a nice meal, even in this rough economy. Chili's...
