Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in El Paso

These have to be the worst ribs in town. I usually dont come to chilis for ribs, i did back in the day, i liked them before. I ended up at another chilis a month ago, the one on Lee Treviño. Ribs were great like i remembered them. Nice experience. I ended up today at this place, and decided to get them here, huge mistake. The ribs were extremely dry, beef jerky dry. I told the waiter, she grabbed the manager i showed him, and after seeing what i was showing, all he asked was "what can i do for you?". Seriously. I told them to replace them, he said ok and walked away. 10 mins or so later he brings in another plate, well at the beginning they looked much better. When i ate more, i realized they were exactly like the ones i returned. (See pictures below or above). I didnt complain anymore , decided to ask for the check to leave. Not expecting anything free, that's not what my complaint was about, but i didnt even get anything deducted from the bill for this, maybe if i would have complained about the second ones i could have gotten something taken off , im not in here to get things free so paid and left. I called at 1120pm for a take out order and Leah refused to take the order saying that they don't take orders past 1130. So I reminded her that it was still 10 minutes before their cut-off time of 1130. After some back and forth I arrived at the parking lot (I was only 2 blocks away when I called to place the order) got out of my vehicle placed the order and paid at the counter with her. It was still before 1130. I asked her how long the order would take and she said over 20 minutes (I just order an appetizer). I asked if they would notify me when the order was ready and she said they would text me. After only about 10 minutes of waiting there an order came out and she placed on the paid orders and continued talking to her peers. After 10 more minutes I asked if perhaps maybe that was my order that had been sitting there for over 10 minutes and she said yes and gave it to me. I asked her why I didnt receive a text like she had explained and she just laughed and said "maybe it was the system". Sad that employees are lazy and just want to socialize with their peers while on the job instead of doing their job. Managers should know when employees are costing their...

Hostess was completely unfriendly and unwilling to seat 2! People. "Because there were no tables and 30 minute wait!?" Asked to be seated at bar for quicker service. Was denied to my face despite there being 4 tables available and over half the tables in the restaurant floor completely empty. THEN two women and a kid walk in 10 MINUTES AFTER ME AND MY FATHER. They immediately were seated IN THE BAR AREA WHERE I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT WE WERE ALLOWED TO SIT and once again we were thrown to the side to wait! At least 3 tables could have sat the party of 6 standing next to us. They received NO help at all either! Was HOPING to have a nive BIRTHDAY DINNER WITH ME FATHER BUT JUST KEPT GETTING EXCUSES FOR SEATING! NEVER coming back to this location. OBVIOUSLY the staff was too lazy to open up more tables for the dinner crowd essentially confining everyone to the front of the house. I wish I hand four hands to give this place 4 thumbs down.
