Didnt really talk to any off the staff until the lady brought us our cookies, ordered on the kiosk. Which is a new surprise to me because I didnt realize how close in crumbl locations would look alike. The last time I went to a crumbl was in Idaho falls and that was years ago. I have no hate towards crumbl cookies some dont like it just for the fact of "Raw" cookie dough but I think thats what makes it the best. In my opinion. The tres leches cake is super good this week, i feel like if you freeze and take it out a little bit where its dethawing would be the best ways with it. I tried my husband's skillet cookie the frosting was light and fluffy which I loved and you can never go wrong with a basic chocolate chip cookie from here. We got the Nutella cheesecake one haven't quite digged into it yet but I know it will be the best thing. I love how they are coming up with ideas of different cookies. The lime coconut chilled cookie will always be a fav. We need a crumbl cookie shop on north east area. 22 minutes away is rough its about 24 minutes the opposite way to the other location. Can't complain thought but I hope there will be more stores opening up soon....
Read moreThis is the absolute worst Crumbl location I have ever been to. The cookies are great, because they follow a recipe. Hard to mess that up. But the customer service? That's a joke.
I have been here multiple times, in hopes that each time will be better or different, and nothing has changed. Never greeted when we walk in. No one acknowledges us. We are expected to order at the self serve station. One time I wanted to pay cash and the person working acted like I was such a bother.
On the last to visits the kids working (yes, the kids) were goofing off, playing around, and not even talking to anyone in the store. And the store was full. We were all just standing around waiting for someone to say something to us.
And, why do you allow preordering on the app when the cookies are never in stock. On my last two visits I used the app to order cookies, PAID for them, only to be told that the cookies I ordered were sold out and that I could wait an hour for them. What a joke. If you allow app ordering, then set the cookies aside.
I have never in my life seen a business so poorly run. ...
Read moreMy kiddo happened to see this place and said it is all the rave at his elementary school, so I caved and got him a cookie. When i first looked at it, i thought it was a glob of excess sugar, but the kid insisted it wasn't, and he is now obsessed with this place! We have gone back, and this time, i ordered different types and tried them for myself. I must say they are very good. The base of the cookies tastes somewhat similar for all of them, but they have subtle differences. The toppings is where you are hit with major flavor. As a diabetic myself, i will say that stopping at a quarter or half of the cookie would be a good idea. They are sweet, and yes, the toppings add to it, but weirdly, i didn't find them chloingly sweet. They do change flavors, so you might not always get what you want when and if you go back. Lastly, i live for the pink...
