Five Guys — Restaurant in El Paso

Wow!! Talk about GREAT service! Angel took our order and explained the menu thoroughly (being that it was my son’s and I first time!).

We ordered our burgers and fries and I wanted to try a milk shake and I saw the salted caramel and ordered it, Angel suggested to try it with bacon in it! OMG!!! Y’all have to try it! It was amazing the sweetness with the saltiness was oooooooh so delicious!!

I love the enthusiasm these boys put into our order and the fact that it is made to order not precooked and I’m not really a French fries person but they actually have decent fries..... not too soggy or too crunchy, just right!!

This location has lost my business. First time I showed up at 9:38pm and they were closed and would not open their doors and I had ordered online. Second time was tonight. Took my family in the way back from ball game, got there at 9:41pm and guess what...? Yup, locked doors again and would not even acknowledge much less open the doors. They say they open until 10pm... but looks like the management has their own ideas. Who ever the current manager is... it's beyond me getting still...

Five Guys Burgers and Fries has yet to disappoint me. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, if a little messy (at least with my toppings). The fries are bomb, and the soda fountain was one of the fancy flavor select ones with the touch screen. You could even controll it with your phone!

The staff at this location were friendly and quick. The vibe was just right.
