Gorditas Tony's — Restaurant in El Paso

Starting coming to this place because of their deshebrada verde gorditas, we would go every Monday. On my last visit June 17th, I went in at 1 pm and they were out of both green and red guisados. Way too early for them not to make more! Also the customer service was HORRIBLE, when ready to order our gorditas they didn’t even acknowledged us, we asked the lady making the gorditas about the guisados and she wouldn’t even look at us in the eye when responding. You could tell the two females there were either in a bad mood, annoyed or they just don’t like their job. We ordered mole, chicharrón and asado, THEY WERE NOT GOOD AT ALL!

They only had Dr Pepper and Diet Coke sodas visible in the fridge, when asked if that was all they had, the girl at the register didn’t even said yes or no, she just rolled her eyes and nodded her head like saying yes. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

"ATENCION DUEÑOS O GERENCIA"

Esta empresa no se caracterizaba por el mal servicio, pero hoy al hacer nuestra orden, la cajera se porto super bien, muy atenta y cuidadosa al tomar nuestra orden y verificarla Pero la "dueña" esa mujer de ojos de color que si no es la dueña se cree que lo es. Grito mi número, yo verifique en mi ticket que ese era el mio y al levantarme de la mesa para recoger mi orden, la bolsa se le cayó a esta señora de su mostrador. Y se enojo y empezó a quejarse culpando a otros de su error al no tener el cuidado de que la orden estuviera segura.

Y mientras reacia mi orden estuvo quejándose con su compañera que le hacía segunda.

Yo no me tomo las cosas personal, fue su error.

Pero al recoger mi orden le pregunté que si las marco y me dijo que si, pero no lo hizo.

Me asegure antes de salir de revisarlas Me faltaban 4, 2 de winnie y 2 de papa con queso que ordene tenían jamón y solo me habían dado una.

Entonces me acerco con la cajera a decirle que me faltaban 2 de winnie y que una de las de papa con queso que me dio tenia jamón, que yo no había ordenado.

Entonces esta señora con muy mala actitud empezó a gritar y decir que la de papas con queso lleva jamón, Entonces yo sin ponerme a su nivel me dirijo a la cajera explicando que yo no quiero con jamón, que el anuncio dice papas con queso, no jamón. Que si por favor me la cambia y que me de las que me faltan todas de winnie, esa señora y su compañera insistían que le llevara las gorditas y que así son y que eso es lo que hay.

Hasta que voltee y le dije que que grosera se estaba portando, que yo no tenia la culpa de que ella las allá tirado por haberlas puesto en el mostrador mal acomodadas.

Pero para colmo las etiqueta mal. Aquí agregue un video donde ella etiqueta mal una de winnie y es de verde.

Las gorditas estaban apenas con guisado, ya no están servidas como antes.

Esta empresa no se caracterizaba por esa calidad de servicio.

Al llegar a casa de mi mama a llevarle sus gorditas ella me contó que a ella también le había contestado muy grosero una vez.

QUIERO RECALCAR QUE LA CAJERA ACEPTO QUE HABIA UN ERROR EN EL ANUNCIO DE LAS GORDITAS DE PAPAS CON QUESO. Y NOS BRINDO UN EXCELENTE...

Overall Experience Rated the place a 2 to and decided not to return.
