McDonald's — Restaurant in El Paso

Usually good service and product. However. When when im waiting more than half an hour to get my breakfast it's frustrating watching other customers getting their breakfast before mine. The lobby attendant could have offered to bring my order but totally ignored. When I did finally receive the order it was wrong. Again, the lobby attendant could have offered to bring the order instead having to wait for more than 10 minutes. Would have been nice to give me a cup with the sweet tea for.having waited more than half an hour but instead it's like,excuse me. I'm missing a sweet tea. Oh here's your cup. Also. Another bad experience I've had in the past is the drive thru attendant or a mcds worker used my code to order food. They owe me the value of a double le cheeseburger meal after leaving because they were not serving lunch at the time. I left the drive thru not knowing the code I gave to the drive thru worker had used my code to order food...

I had to give it a 1 star for atmosphere. I came here with my kids and I wanted them to have a good time but there was a group of 7 senior citizens (with outside food ) hogging the big table. They didn’t even have kids. They made it hard for the rest of the parents to find seating because they just had to be here in the kids section. There’s also a big table inside by the fountain drinks I wonder why they couldn’t sit there. The manager must let them do whatever they want because they have their nutribullets bottles of creamer and even sweet bread from elsewhere. I don’t appreciate management just looking the other way. Also they forgot my drinks and didn’t even put any napkins with my order. These senior citizens also were hogging all the seats. I hope Mc Donald’s staff...

Today is April 19th! It was about 4pm! I ordered a Happy Meal! And got a toy! Then I found out that my child already had this toy! So I took it to exchange, but the male manager said no! Then I asked the colleague next to me, and he said yes! But the manager stopped him! I think this manager has a bad attitude! I used to order Happy Meals every week! Sometimes the toys I got were the same! I would also ask the staff here if there were different toys I could exchange! Of course, if it was the same toy, they would politely tell me it was the same! No big deal! But you don’t have to be so harsh and not let other employees exchange! Be more polite next time! It made everyone unhappy! I am the one with long hair and red clothes who ordered...
