Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in El Paso

This place is a solid 4 stars. The employees who work there seem very sincere and happy. Management must be doing something right to have employees who do their job right and do their job well.

First of all, the dining area is spotless. Tables, chairs, and benches are wiped often, so it is no issue for a large family to spot a table to dine on. The bathrooms were clean as well, I felt like I was walking into a freshly cleaned hotel room lol.

Second, the customer service was great. Employees were polite, respectful, and attentive. The young man who took our order (last night around 9pm) got our order right, which, let's be honest, is hard to find in some fast food places these days.

Lastly, the food. I like the fact that the oil they use is clean. You can tell from the color of the fries and the chicken. I knocked off one star, however, for how small the chicken fingers have gotten. I mean, I get it, something's gotta give in this economy, they either keep the original size of their chicken fingers and increase the price or decrease the size of the chicken fingers and maintain the price.

Overall, I like dining at this Raising Cane's and will continue to do so as long as my wallet and my arteries...

EDIT: I love this Cane's location. I stopped buying the gallon of sweet tea after my horrible experience 2 years ago, and so far I haven't had any further issues. Today I went in and whoever the man working the drive through, I really appreciate their level of service. It was my mistake with my card and he still made sure I left happy. Great location, great restaurant, and great service.

OLD REVIEW: I ordered a caniac combo tonight with a lemonade and a gallon of sweet tea. The gallon of tea had a leak and leaked all over my fridge and kitchen floor. Extremely messy and disgusting and a waste of my time to have to deal with this after being at the hospital all day. Not only that but the disgusting looking hole in the gallon jug had some nasty looking crud around it and now I feel disgusted that I even drank any of it. I poured the entire thing out and cannot believe the low quality of attention this location gives to their client's orders. I am disgusted. I could not take a good picture of how disgusting this jug looked and the reflections kept taking the camera focus off...

Have been to this location countless times and have never had an issue, until today. I went through the drive through and have to get naked tenders for personal reason, waited a couple minutes until they told us to park in mobile parking to wait. Not sure how long we waited but by the time I got the food, there was barely any fries in my 2 meal boxes and they were very stale, cold, and not salted. I went in and talked to one of the cashiers and she said she could help me out, got one of the managers and all she said was that it was the change in oil they were using now and did offer a fresh batch of fries. Which somehow came out as their usual golden fries when I was told they wouldn’t be…? I did notice as she was asking for a new batch, the other manager she was talking to was making faces about the situation. I understand you get rushes and it can be hectic, but when I’m paying $20+ for food, i would assume that the food comes fresh and managers not making faces when trying to sort...
