Subway — Restaurant in El Paso

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST !!!

Was once my favorite subway location but have failed me tremendously, from hairs in my sub , poor quality/hard bread , bad service. You name it. Regardless came back . Today was the last time ill step foot here .

Upon arriving the establishment was empty . 3 employees in the back , 1 which made eye contact but never welcomed me . I waited at the start of the line for about 6 min before the only employee actually doing something turned and apologized for the wait and proceeded to take my order. To begin the bread was flat and ugly, didn't care I was starving. Pulls it out the oven and leaves it on the counter and went to the drive threw window and left my sub on the counter for another 5min as he took the order , I walked out very disrespected and disappointed in such poor management this location has. They didn't even notice or acknowledged i walked out . This place...

Went to get two subs to take home at 10:30pm because the store hours are 9am - 11pm and the store door was closed... knocked on the door and called the store for like 15 min and nobody answer. Walked to the drive thru and nothing. Then finally someone appear and acted as if he didn’t saw me, and I asked him to open the door but he just pointed to the drive thru. It’s kind of stupid to make a customer wait 15 min for service when the meal prep takes less than 5 min. Hope the manager speaks to him about this issue or hope they actually clarify that after 10:30 is only drive thru hours... just to not...

My boyfriend and I walked to this subway at 1020pm got there around 1040pm, to order some food before 11pm, the time the sign says they close. We got there and the “open” sign was on, but the door was locked and the employees were just standing there. They saw us standing outside and just stared at us and looked away And continued their conversation. That is outrageously rude and unacceptable customer service. At least have the decency to approach customers standing outside and say you’re closed and turn off your open sign or offer to help us since ur sign is still on and you obviously...
