When my wife and I walked in, we were the only ones in the store. The two guys behind the counter did not greet us or ask if they could help. They just stared at us as if they did not know what we were doing there. I greeted them and began to order. The guy that took my order was very polite whereas the other guy (claimed to be the assistant manager) was very rude, obnoxious and condescending. The assistant manager rudely and impatiently cut my wife off in the middle of her order to take the order of another person that had just walked in. My wife had to start her order again while the assistant manager repeatedly interrupted and repeatedly rattled off her order wrong several times. He then moved over to the register where I was waiting for my wife while the other polite guy prepared her order without any issues. The rude assistant manager then proceeded to ring up our order incorrectly before we were ready to pay. He was trying to tell me what we wanted instead of just asking. He rattled off 4 different combinations of combos and chips that were all wrong. I kept telling him to let me tell him what we wanted but he just kept interrupting trying to guess what we wanted. My wife thanked the polite guy for his good service and told the assistant manager that he was very rude. He responded by saying we just didn’t get it. My wife asked to talk to the manager by phone but he said he did not have the number and that she could look it up on the internet. Mind you during that time the manager and this young man are watching me through the glass and goofing off . I finally call at 11:16am and ask what the issue is . Manager says “oh I’m sorry come through the drive thru and I’ll give you your order” . I’m sorry but it’s a curbside not a drive thru order . These ppl are lazy and don’t like to do their jobs .
