Wendy's — Restaurant in El Paso

This is the first time I have used the Wendy's app and it is also the first time that I used it on the east side of El Paso. I also had never had breakfast at Wendy's before. I can tell you that the breakfast combo that I had, bacon egg and cheese on a soft bun with potato wedges and a drink were mediocre at best, the sandwich was dry, the potatoes were boring with little seasoning and the price for this was $5.89 + tax. That is unbelievably High for such a small meal. I will never order breakfast from Wendy's again as there are so much better choices elsewhere. The service was also not stellar, I believe that the people that work on the west side of El Paso are friendlier; however I may be biased. If I had paid the full price for this breakfast I would have been upset. But because I uploaded the app and used it for the first time I received a two-dollar incentive. Even then with the $2 discount, the meal was outrageously priced and only mediocre in taste...

I am not sure whats up with this specific location, the Wendy's on Viscount, but it always seems like its a hassle to... Work. Doesnt matter what time of day it is, if its busy or not. But the manager and the employees on the window that give you your food (not the employee you pay for your food) always have an attitude. I get it, its a fast food place, they work hard, the food is good, they probably get a lot of nasty customers every day, but the ones that end up getting treated poorly are the normal customers. I try not to come to this one to avoid this, but its the closest one for me and after awhile of not coming to this one, I get reminded of why I dont come to this one.

Compared to any other Wendys, like the one on Yarbrough, they are so attentive, they ask if you need anything extra, they get your orders right.

Horrible food, ordered the $5 Texas biggie bag Top Bun was frozen and lettuce had black edges Nuggets tasted barely cooked Ghost pepper ranch was awful Oh and those fries are quite literally the worst fries I’ve had from any establishment This Wendy’s has to be the worst in El Paso, they need to shut it down for safety purposes. I do not like going to Wendy’s but on the off chance that I choose this restaurant, minutes after eating the food I feel sick and it’s always this exact restaurant. Please do not go, if you have another one nearby or another restaurant, please choose that one. They recently also hired new employees, more than likely with minimal training.
