Most Wendy’s I go to can never seem to get the orders correct. The food is always pretty great, but if you don’t want something on your sandwich your probably going to get it anyways. I ordered an Asiago ranch club sandwich. I asked for the classic(crispy) and to have no tomatoes and a large water. I get my water and it was literally brown.😭 I guess it from the other drinks in the machine. But it was fine I just didn’t drink it and it was free anyways. But when I opened my sandwich I got a grilled sandwich and it also had tomatoes. Which I would normally just pick it off and eat it anyways because I hate complaining but I’m 33 weeks pregnant and was on the verge on having a meltdown. My husband went back through the drive thru and told them. They brought another one out and we drove off. I started opening the wrapper and when I did they did not put tomatoes on it but it was still the grilled chicken instead of the crispy. So my husband went back inside. All the employees were nice and they attempted to remake the sandwich again. My husband got the third sandwich and as he was walking out checked it and it was a crispy chicken sandwich but it still had the tomatoes on it. I honestly couldn’t even be mad at that point and it honestly made me laugh. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up the sandwich three times. We still had all the old sandwiches they messed up so we took the top bun off the grilled sandwich that didn’t have the tomatoes and used it on my new crispy sandwich. The sand which was good. Read moreSo I went back to see if things improved nope even worse I asked for a receipt the lady told me that it was in a bag it was not then when I check wrong order again they need to shut this place down until they can get people in there that knows how to make an order. It is time to report this place to the better Business bureau the chamber of commerce and shut it down because they are ripping people off.
The service was so bad I gave my food away to the homeless. I placed my order The person asked me was everything on the screen correct I stayed it yes I get to the window as the food is handed to me I double checked everything before I pulled off the whole order was wrong. When I explained it to her as I was going through it no one has ever except this Wendy's taking the food back didn't even throw it away and when I told her what they were supposed to fix they gave me the food back and look like it was the same food they just changed up and I said this is wrong still so find it made a new order taking the food back again after giving it to me. I drove off thinking I got my right food got to thinking about it and said they probably didn't even do it right so I just handed it all to the next person I saw on the street he'd like you needed a good meal that's the only reason why I ranked it a number two versus a five-star because the food went to some good. I know not to go back to that Wendy's I've never been to a fast food restaurant where they taking the food back twice versus just correcting it I thought it was unsanitary and I thought it was a help violation taking food back like that. As we were standing in line, every single person in front of us were complaining that their food was messed up, and there were people coming out of their cars with food in their hands waiting in the back of the line once again... and then we come up to the counter, my dad ordered Dave’s SINGLE combo except he got a chocolate vanilla swirl. I ordered, Dave’s DOUBLE combo with a drink... We picked up the food and inspected it, and dad’s burger was a DOUBLE burger, and his swirl was just chocolate... On the receipt it said that dad payed for a DOUBLE... The woman taking orders was bad at her job, she didn’t care about a single thing that anyone ordered. My suggestion is you guys need to hire like a functioning manager... Worst fast food experience I...
