This place doesn't get any stars. I placed an order through the app. When I got to the window the employee asked me to pull around to a parking spot and they will bring the food out. I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes and never got my food. An employee came out twice to the parking lot looking for different people to deliver their orders. Both times the same employee came to my car. I her the receipt to look at both times so they knew which order I was waiting for to be brought out. After 20 minutes my order never came. I got out the car went to the door and ask to speak to the manager. I told the manager I have been waiting 20 minutes for this order. This is unacceptable. The manager attempted to try to put the fault back on me by beginning to say she sent her employee out to the parking lot. That is where I cut the manager off and told her I don't want to hear it. Your employee came to my car twice looking for other people and twice I gave her my receipt to look at. I'm still here 25 minutes later waiting on food. There is no excuse. The server that came out is either very incompetent or poorly trained. Additionally this location is poorly ran by the manager. The manager never even offered an apology. I did ask for a refund which of course she gave me but never apologized. Never offered to refund the money but make the food right away and give it to me for free for the wait and by way of apology. Nothing. The manager had an attitude as if she was doing something right and I was in the wrong. This location was completely backed up so clearly as a leader she is doing something wrong and her employees are a testament to that. I will never visit this McDonald's ever again and probably no McDonald's ever again. They all seem to have the same common theme of poor customer service these days. This one...
Read moreThe food is good, but a problem I've had with Mc'Donald's is that the burgers are about the same size as a kid's meal cheeseburger. However, that's not the problem I have with this place. The customer service is horrible here. I understand making mistakes, it's human, make a few mistakes and learn from them; but how can these employees make so many mistakes nearly every visit that I make? I ask for a specific burger; I get another burger. I ask not to put something in the burger; they put it in the burger. It's so annoying, and honestly concerning, how many mistakes can you make until more people start running to the bathroom due to diarrhea or the need to vomit? I looked it up, there is such thing as a tomato allergy, so maybe they should start taking my "no ketchup" request more seriously.
I'm sorry, but these simple mistakes are happening way too often, and I'm getting tired of coming home with the wrong burger or receiving a burger that has something in it that I specifically told them to take out. Please, just follow simple instructions, and let me go home with everything that I asked for.
I've become so wary of mistakes now, that I can't go home without checking the bag and my burger for any mistakes. Every time I thought I could finally let my guard down, there's a mistake with my burger. So, as a warning to anyone who decides to come here, please check your bag and your burger...
Read moreI do not eat fast food very often. I know it is unhealthy. But every now and then, I get a craving, or it is just very convenient. So this morning, I felt like my old stand-by Sausage McMuffin with Egg. When I get to the pickup window, the woman pauses for a second and then asks me to drive around and park to wait for my order. McDonald’s everywhere have been doing this more frequently, and I HATE it. I know they are being measured for how much time it takes cars to pass, but I don’t care. I don’t like having to pull aside and wait while other people behind me get their food. It feels very unfair, and it pisses me off. They care more about their metrics than customer satisfaction, apparently. So when the lady asked me to move, I simply said “No, I will wait here”. I didn’t yell or get upset or anything. She didn’t say anything to me and went back inside. About 20 SECONDS go by and then another woman, who looked like a supervisor, came to the window with my food. She gave me the food and told me they would “no longer be serving me at this location”. Was it really worth that very short amount of time to make me pull aside? Whatever. Now I am banned. I am a little indignant, but also kinda glad. I need to eat...
