Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Elkhart

If I could put zero stars i would!!!! Do NOT EAT HERE!!!! I've been living by this DQ for a little over a year and never had a problem. After tonight I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! The short haired lady I believe her name is Karen at least that's what it said on the receipt. (Karen) was very rude and didnt have any customer service skills. 🙄 when my husband ordered something she put down a completely different thing and then ordered him to pay the extra after she screwed it up!!! Not to mention after we received the food it was ice cold and the onion rings were as hard as a rock. After that my husband took his order and the food back to the dq and requested it to be made fresh Karen refused and was very rude to my husband saying that nothing would be done because she's been in the food service for over 35 years! Idc, something will be done about it because we wanted our money back or fresh food. After that I called Karen and asked her what happened and magically she made up a whole different story that didn't even happen! Also, I wouldn't eat here youre supposed to wear gloves when preparing food, nobody was, so be careful out there people...

Stopped in for lunch and to sit down with a friend to help her on some things on my laptop and there was no way to use the internet let along plug my laptop in to charge. Burger and fries tasted good but afterwards when it came time for our icecream, I purchased a large that looked like a small. I went up to the girl at the counter and asked them if they may have made a mistake and no they didnt make a mistake, the amount of icecream in this Sundee was so sorry. She and a manager made me another one in hopes to show me that it was the correct size and as they presented it to me I just couldnt belive they could do me like that. When I say the amount of icecream that was in this cup was less than the first time and it didnt even fill up the plastic cup correctly I just said hell no and while your at it just refund my money. Never again will I think about going into that location again. I love dairy queen, but what I dont love is when people want to screw...

This is my second attempt to purchase food at a Dairy Queen in Elkhart Indiana my first attempt was 15 minutes waiting and the car in front of me did not move didn't pull forward just set the front window. That location was somewhere on the other side of town on the outside of the town this one is downtown I want to say it's Jefferson and Lakeville. So far I've been here for 5 minutes two vehicles in front of me. The parking lot has two cars in it the dining room is completely empty the time is now 6:0 1. There are no vehicles behind me therefore I am not going to pull up to the microphone until at least one of the two vehicles are gone. 19 Minutes in and the vehicle number one still has not gone. I even have a company if you're not going to run...
