Twisted Cow Frozen Treats — Restaurant in Elkhart

I have a mixed feeling between 4 or 5. For my first experience there I can't say I was wowed or even loved it.( I will give them another shot.)

Half of the Machines were out, so the super limited selection of flavors was disappointing. That and you have a mixture of types, gelato and yougurt. Both of which seemed as if they were a bit too cold. (I assumed they would all be frozen yogurt.)

All of the tables and chairs seemed very tightly packed around the machines, so it made it awkward to wait behind others using the machines. Those behind us also seemed like it was odd.

Staff was friendly!

The toppers were full towards the end of a night, which is certainly a bonus!

Pricing is right in line with other similar places, so it didn't seem expensive. For price comparison your basically buying a quart of Ben n Jerry's at...

Been going there for several years. Took daughter, girlfriend, and family there. Absolute couldn't be happier with employees, owners and the quality.. Just the other day, drove 20 minutes after working all day. 1 machine was down, yellow cake batter tasted odd and no flavor, like it had a refrozen texture. Also bought chocolate. Yes, I bought 2 cups to enjoy. Chocolate was also grainy, and very bitter. No more punch cards, replaced with a less quantity when you get enough "stars". I usually can't wait to go back. But this time I could barely stomach the not yellow cake batter. I should have gone back in and got my money back. I was so disappointed that I was not gonna waste my time. Ice cream was good. The lack of prices on their website and in store doesn’t sit right. My family and I came in and as soon as we walked in the staff ran to the back room. We used hand sanitizer, put on gloves, and wore our masks. We waited patiently for an employee so that I could ask about pricing. After 4 minutes and anxious kids we proceeded to get our ice cream. Only after we were finished employees came out. 3 cups of ice cream and $30 later, it was NOT worth it. While my family was finishing up a man came in and was promptly attended to, not wearing his mask the correct way, greeted, and did not follow store mandated signs. I will not go back here.
