ABC Donuts — Restaurant in Ellensburg

People complain about the donuts not being fresh, but they're the freshest donuts I've ever ate. Society is really manipulated to believe donuts at Fredmeyers and Safeway are "fresh" but they make them in the morning and use the same donuts throughout the whole day, this place no. They are always fresh and if u like cake donuts, really really delicious. But it is only run by an old couple, who have other things to do in life. Not a big place so don't always expect it to be open. They are often closed, and when they are open they close early. But that ensures that you are eating fresh donuts from earlier that morning and not coming there during the afternoon and eating old donuts. I've been coming there ever since I was a kid, been a few years and not one bad experience; they still remember my face! Anyway, I put my heart into this review and I rest my case. This place has been an all-time favorite for about a year. It’s the perfect place to stop by whenever I’m craving a sweet breakfast. I had never had a bad experience with this business until yesterday. I grabbed 4 donuts from this place for me and my bf for breakfast, two of which were the glazed. Unfortunately, we realized the glazed donuts were covered in little black mold dots on the bottom. Ive never had this problem before, but I can’t lie it was disappointing. Terrible experience. When we were telling the lady what we wanted she would grab something else. We tried to tell her that's not what we said but she just ignored us. She placed the donuts on a dirty tray. The donuts weren't at good and tasted old. I recommend just going to Fred Meyers or Safeway for donuts so you know they are actually fresh. Or just walk across the street to D&M coffee to get a pastry and coffee because that place actually has good costumer service and it's a...
