Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Enterprise

Chipotle? More like Cheapotle. This location for some reason cannot and will not serve a regular sized portion, they half scoop every single item. I've ordered bowls here a few times and like the last 3-4 times have been able to see the bottom of the bowl and was still hungry when I left. Last time I went, the employee gave me like half a bowl of rice and I asked him to actually fill up the bowl with rice, to which he gave me like another quarter scoop then proceeded to do the same with the beans and everything else. If you ask for regular servings, they will charge you for the double serving. I've never had this issue with any other location. Maybe where they skimp a little on meat, but not rice/beans/everything else on the menu. I know they're probably trying to do it to save money on portion size, but how do you save money if you're losing customers who won't return to spend their money? I don't plan on coming back to chipotle just because of this location. I may give the new one on cactus a chance once that opens and hopefully that location doesn't suffer the same fate, otherwise I'll probably never return to a chipotle again which is sad because this was one of my favorites for the longest time. 4/4/23 The new manager is great food is way better juicy steak every time and service is on point this chipotle really turned around now that jay is gone and they put a real manager in who doesn’t try to get me arrested for ordering a quesadilla 12/12/22 4:45pm Had to update my review I have no idea why I came back but when I asked for a quesadilla the new manager who just started two weeks ago told me no because I can only order it from the app when I told him I’ve gotten it here hundreds of times he said it’s company policy when I said I’m calling chipotle corporate he kicked me out of the store and called the police demanding 3 officers to come arrest me, hiring jay was the worse decision this already bad chipotle has made so far instead of serving the customer he tried to get me arrested for wanting a quesadilla. Jay also filmed me without my permission! Worste chipotle in Las Vegas the chef always overcooks the steak and they stop cooking at 7:30 so no steak is left by 8 not sure how one manager can consistently make this chipotle a miss but it always comes up short… out of steak or completely over cooked meat all the time this chipotle is just ran in a lazy manner and doesn’t compare to Las Vegas...

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever had the unfortunate experience of going to. We ordered our kids' food ahead, it was two cheese quesadillas. When we get to the restaurant, they hand us the bag and say nothing! We sit down open up the plates and THERE IS NO CHEESE IN THE CHEESE QUESADILLAS! They literally just put two tortillas in the plate! The tortillas weren't even warm. When we go to the staff about how there is no cheese in the cheese quesadillas, they look at us confused. The person at the register calls the person making the food, and all he says is "We out of cheese, there was nothing I could do. " We say that you could have told us that you weren't able to make the quesadillas so that we could have ordered something else. An option that appeared to just confuse them even more. We speak to the manager and she did offer a refund but we still wanted food for the kids, so we just asked for some chicken and we would use the tortillas for tacos.
