I'd skip this location. There are a few other Panda's in the area, and next time I'll definitely drive the mile and a half to the next one or go somewhere else altogether.
I placed an online order, and checked out as a guest. Once, I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that I needed my order number for pickup. However, I checked out as a guest, and did not screenshot my order number before my browser refreshed. I explained all of this to the cashier who kept instructing me to download the app to get my order number, even though I stated at least 4 times in our conversation that I didn't create login credentials. I simply placed the order, and entered my name and email. I didn't get an email confirmation, possibly due to the fact that I used a promo code for the meal.
The manager, Vivian, is the worst part of this location. She was even less helpful. I do not appreciate when managers have the sort of nonchalant, laisse faire, I- have-no-control-over-anything, there's-nothing-I-can-do attitude, even though you are literally the manager. She even had the nerve to shrug at me, and say I should have just remembered the order number. There should have been a way for them to validate my order with my name or email address, but they acted as if NOTHING could be done without the order number. As I stated, I left without making a huge deal out of it because even though I lost out on my free promo code meal, it didn't affect me financially. Otherwise, I would have contacted corporate, and stuck around until I received my food. Lesson-learned: Never go back to...

I got there for a quick 2 plate dinner for me and the wife, a few of the items were out, no problem, I'll get something else but the guy tells me it'll only be 5 minutes so I think no biggie, fresh food in 5 minutes? Great.
I order 2 plates worth and get on my phone. Almost 15 minutes later I ask what's going on (multiple people have ordered/gotten food/etc, the chicken still wasn't ready). They told me it'll be done soon. I looked over and the plate they opened over 10 minutes ago ready for the chicken just sat there open this entire time. I pointed that out and they asked me if I wanted something else 15 minutes later? I would have said yes if I knew it was a 15 minute wait (not 5 like they said).
At this point I just ask if I can have fresh food put in the plate that was open this entire time since it's probably cold. The girl just closed the plate while looking at me and walked away. Nice.
So I eventually get the food almost 25 minutes later (not 5) and get home for mostly soggy old chinese food, but at least the chicken teriyaki was fresh? Didn't realize it takes 25 minutes to make and surprised.
I wouldn't have left this review but 2 weeks ago I reached out to their support to at least get an apology, was told "we'll get back to you" and it's been 14 days. Read moreI’ve never had such a bad experience at Panda! The manager was on the line taking orders, as one of the associates was on break. My wife got a bowl and was given the smallest portion of orange chicken the manager appeared to get bothered they I told my wife that was not what we are paying for. Continued to take my order again gave me the small portion of the sides as I got the bigger plate. I returned to the line to ask y I was only given 2 pieces of mushroom and literally the tiniest pieces of chicken that didn’t even look like chicken. The manager again was bothered stopped the person that was helping me and told her “here here that’s it no more” very disrespectful. I’ve worked in the food industry and this was definitely something that needs attention just by looking at other reviews I see this is an ongoing thing. And lastly as we were leaving she stopped one of the crew members and asked him if he was making sure the trash bag was actually full and literally picked up the trash bag to make sure he was doing his job right proceeds to go back on the line after only putting on hand sanitizer. That was disgusting didn’t even wash her hands and proceeded to serve another customer.
