Haha, I'm laughing at the few who claimed fast and efficient customer service. This is by far the worst waiting experience I have ever had at any customer related establishment in all of my 35 years!
This location is super convenient for me so I have given them a multitude of chances to get it right. While I do understand the economical difficulties and staff shortages, I do feel there are wayyyyy better ways to run a business than this. Perhaps lessening your open hours to maximize your team strength. People, that means if you don't have an adequate amount of employees to run your establishment, perhaps you shouldn't be open for AS MANY hours so that you can have enough staff per shift to provide proper customer service for every customer.
The front door is typically ALWAYS locked- even with the OPEN sign on. The drive thru takes about 20 minutes to get someone on that speaker, IF they ever show up to take your order. When they do take your order you better hope there aren't any cars ahead of you because you are guaranteed to wait 15-20 minutes per vehicle. (In no way am I exaggerating here. I've gone through it more times than I care to admit.) You've already given your order to the speaker, but when you get to the window, the same person who took your order has no idea what you ordered. (It's all making sense as to why we are all waiting well past OUR work-breaks being over to simply get to the window to just recite your order once more, right? What in the actual f**kery is going on here?) When you finally get your order.....it's nothing that you ordered. Far from it. I've had simple mistakes such as adding berries to a smoothie that didn't call for berries (WATCH YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS FOOD ALLERGIES- DO NOT COME HERE!). I've also experienced a poor teen boy try so hard, left alone with zero guidance from neither fellow co-workers nor management. He straight up said, "I am so sorry, my co-worker is on break and we haven't heard from our manager. I haven't learned how to make the wraps yet and I can't find the laminate with the step by steps instructions." I told him which ingredients went on my wrap. The poor thing was so overwhelmed and apologetic, I felt so badly for him, but also admired his determination as I would have walked right out being left in his shoes. He did forget to add the sauce, but we had previous communication and I understood the situation he was in so although my daughter refused to eat the wrap sans sauce, I wasn't going to make a thing of that. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews, but after today's ridiculousness, I had to let others know. Those with food allergies. Those with blabber issues. The first time ever coming to this location I tried going inside to order, but the door was locked and the only person inside was sitting down and motioning for me to go around in a really passive aggressive manner. Dine in on the door says itās supposed to be open from 9am to 9pm weekly so why is that not the case ? Otherwise the owner needs to get more staff for the morning shift. So I proceeded to go through the drive through sat there a few minutes and finally get to the window to order kid tells me that I was supposed to order back there near dominoes and was going to tell me to go back around but then says he can just tape my order there. Whole time he looked very irritated and was saying how he was the only one working so he couldnāt give me certain things. I left very unsatisfied and felt like he had a very bad attitude. The second time, today. I am able to go inside thereās 3 people working and apparently not one person is able to take my order. Iām standing there for 10 minutes, with only one other person in front of me. I finally get to the front and tell them I want a chicken pesto flatbread with no cheese add romaine lettuce and sub for plantbased meat. When my order is finally ready I take it and drive back to work. Mind you I usually check my food before I leave but today I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I get all the way back to work and get inside ready to eat my food and see that it only had pesto and plantbased chicken nothing else. Not even the stuff that it usually comes with such as the tomato, I specifically paid extra for lettuce and didnāt even get that. Ā Ā Ā Read moreLast week I placed an order around 8.30-8.40 pm, the place was supposed to be open until 9 pm. However when I went to pick up my order I was told they closed at SIX (6) PM THAT DAY! Yet they were in the store at almost 9 pm? Thatās weird and very suspicious, sounded more like they didnāt want to work.
I was told that because they were closed, I would get a refund, I never got my refund and my app is now saying my order was completed.
I requested to speak with a manager and the answer I got was āour manager quit three weeks ago and we have no manager you can speak toā WOW! I donāt buy that for one second, again, this is just a terrible staff that doesnāt want to work. It also seems like they simply claimed my order and kept it! I had to call the franchise costumer service and place a complain and refund request directly with them, Iām still waiting on that so weāll see if corporate cares at all or if the lack of interest and service is just something that the entire company suffers of.
In conclusion, donāt ever go to this location if you care for your money, if you can avoid all locations even better, and if you really want to go here do your best to make your purchase in person and not the app since they can play you like this any time they want.

I got a response from āownerā that says go to the website; I had already gone to the website and placed a complain about the situation before I left the review. I even called corporate and was told theyāll ātake care of itā but guess what? THEY DIDNT! Also, if you try calling the store you will be waiting forever and eventually get a message saying āenter your remote access codeā which makes no sense! This store and company in general are TRASH!
