I would like to start off this review by extending special thanks to Manager Bau at Yard House in Town Square. His attentiveness and commitment to providing the best service and food truly made our dining experience exceptional. Despite it being a game night and the restaurant being busy, we were seated within just 5 minutes, thanks to Bau's efficient management.

The moment we stepped into Yard House, we were greeted by a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The place exuded energy, creating a wonderful vibe that immediately put us in a good mood. It was evident that this was a popular spot for locals and visitors alike.

Now, let's talk about the food. Yard House offers a fantastic array of options, and I must say, their happy hour specials are simply outstanding. We couldn't resist indulging in some mouthwatering appetizers, including the delectable Ahi Poke Nachos, crispy and flavorful Chicken Tenders, and the delightful Sliders. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor.

One thing that truly impressed us was the speed at which our dishes arrived. Despite the restaurant being bustling with activity, the kitchen staff worked efficiently, ensuring that our food was served promptly. This allowed us to enjoy our meal without any unnecessary delays.

But what truly sets Yard House apart is their remarkable selection of beers. With an extensive and diverse beer menu, they cater to every beer enthusiast's taste. We went to Yard House to Celebrate my Oldest Son's Birthday & Proudly that Both My Son's we're Promoted at Both Their Jobs! We Love to go during Happy Hour, and enjoy the half price Appetizers, Wine & Beer Specials! Also Coincidentally, it Was Also National Beer Day & they Discounted it Again! I Also Have To Say Our Hostess was Very Nice, Everyone Was, But Our Server Was AMAZING! She Was So Patient, Knowledgeable, Sweet and Everything You Could Want In Any Server! Our Sodas, Tea, Water We had After Our Cocktails, Were Always Kept Filled With A Lovely Smile & Making Sure If We Needed Anything Else, We Got it Fast! My Only Complaint Was Our Food. Their Nachos were Odd like a Pizza, Flat With An Odd Spicy Green Sauce Hardly Any Cheese. I Also Got the Calamari App. It Was O.K., About 1/2 Was Great, Soft Not Chewy, but the Other 1/2 Was Rubbery! My Husband had a Burger, Perfect & My Other Son & Fiancee` Split a 10 OZ. Steak & Potatoes & Could Cut it With a Butter Knife, Perfect! Usually I Would have Sent Any Food We Didn't Like Back, but Since We Were Celebrating, I Didn't Want to Spoil Our Time By Doing That! As a person who has a reputation in the hospitality industry and has traveled worldwide, this was one of the most exceptional experiences I have ever had.

We all know Yard House is a fantastic place, but I've never seen such a customer-oriented approach, even in the high-end restaurants I've visited. There were some service failures throughout our experience, but none of them led to our frustration because the recovery was exceptional.

Thanks to ALLISON WNUCK, I'm not here writing complaints. Her recovery was outstanding, and words cannot describe how thankful we are. The element of delight provided during the recovery made us forget most of the failures. This was a truly memorable experience, especially for me, as I come here to celebrate either my mom's or my own birthday. This is the best way to be customer- and family-oriented, and I wish many other places were as good.
