KAY Jewelers — Local services in Enterprise

I've had two bad experiences and this store but I'm giving them 3 stars because there are 2 employees that are awesome.

I picked up my wedding band and my fiancee's ring yesterday. I wanted what was engraved in my ring to continue to be a surprise so I didn't look at it at the store.. I got home and we noticed it was missing a birth stone.. I called the next day and talked to Michelle. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell her my problem. I also told her I didn't check the ring because it was supposed to be a surprise and guess what.... She told me what it said.. then I told her I was leaving Sunday for Hawaii so could she put it in the system so when I come back they will have a note of the issue.. she kept trying to have me bring it in today which is a Friday when I keep telling her NO because I'm leaving Sunday she keeps assuring me it will be back when it take a few days to get to the center a few days at the very least to fix it and get it back. The experience was awful.

Again two bad experiences but more good experiences so I won't talk bad about this location but I might start going to one closer to my house after this. Some people really don't have good problem solving skills...

After the horrible experience at the other Kay’s with Danae Nicholson we ended up receiving a call from the district manager Michael Heywood and he said he found our coupon and that we can get our purchase we came for! We ended up at Town Square mall where the manager Carly and her assistant Michelle greeted us and took great care of us! They helped not only find a replacement wedding band for my daughter and the band for her fiance….we also spent another $6000 in this store! We had a blast in this store with all of us laughing and having fun! I want to thank Michael for turning things around and for the excellent customer service this whole staff provided!!! We will continue our business with Kay’s going forward at this location which is a bit farther of a drive for us but worth it for the excellent...
