UPDATE: I wanted to update my review as promised! My experience dining inside was vastly different from my first visit (when we were seated outside). As I suspected, they were understaffed that day, which explains the service issues. I’ve been back four times since, and the service has been impeccable. It’s some of the best food I’ve had in Las Vegas, and definitely the best in off-Strip fine dining.
I’ve had the same server, Darrius, several times, and not only is he attentive and professional, he’s also incredibly friendly and personable.
I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a fine dining experience with a great vibe, great music, and an off-the-Strip location. Being in Town Square and living on the south side of town, it’s the perfect spot for me to take friends. I especially love bringing out-of-towners here because it gives them a local experience with that unmistakable Las Vegas energy.

I wanted to fall in love with this place based on everything I’d heard, but I had the worst experience here. I’m still giving it 4 stars because the food (that I actually received) was excellent. I have another reservation in a few weeks, so I’ll adjust my rating up or down depending on that experience. I’m not a fan of bashing a restaurant after just one visit—I always like to give it two tries to make sure it wasn’t just an off night.
To start, we had a later reservation and arrived on time. We were greeted by the nicest manager (I assume he was the manager), and he mentioned they had over 425 bookings that night, so they opened the patio to accommodate the overflow. I opted for a patio table since the weather was beautiful.
We started by ordering bottled still water, which took over 10 minutes to arrive—and it was poured over ice, which was kind of strange. Then we waited another 20 minutes before the server came over to take our order. In total, we waited over 30 minutes just to place a drink order. When the server returned, we gave him our full order. About 10 minutes later, he came back to inform us that not a single item from the seafood tower we ordered was available. That was disappointing—it was the one thing I really wanted to try. But it’s okay, we found a replacement.
After another 30 minutes, we still hadn’t received any food. At this point, we had been seated for 80 minutes. When the food finally arrived, our appetizers were missing. I said, “I guess you can cancel the apps,” and he responded, “Oh, let me take this back and find out what’s going on.” I emphatically said, “No, we’ll just take this.” The mains and sides were amazing, which made it even more disappointing that we never got to try the apps. I estimated the restaurant lost about $300 in revenue from the missed appetizers and seafood tower.
When we finished eating, we were just done and asked for the check. When it was brought over, the server pointed out that we weren’t charged for the appetizers—which I thought was obvious, since we never got them. There was no discount, and no drinks were comped. It felt strange that the poor service wasn’t addressed at all—no acknowledgment, no apology, no gesture.
By the end of the meal, not one glass of water had been poured for us after the initial one. We didn’t receive any of the appetizers we ordered. It took 80 minutes to get our food. It was obvious they were understaffed, but this was honestly the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant of this caliber, especially one charging Strip-level prices.
As I mentioned, I’ll be back to see if it was just a bad night. Hopefully I’ll be adjusting this to a 5-star review. If I experience the same level of service, it’ll be a 1- or 2-star review. I really want to like this place. It has a cool vibe, awesome ambiance, great music, and a fun feel. But the service was awful. Aside from the manager who greeted us, everything else was a disaster. Hopefully I’ll be back soon with a...
