McDonald's — Restaurant in Escondido

Really disappointed with this location lately. They suddenly lessened their hours recently, opening at 7am and closing and 11am, a lot of people like to go here because it's convenient and close to the freeway, they should be opening at 5am. I was the first person in a long line this morning, the guy working the register and order booth was pretty rude. Didn't say hello or good morning, didn't read back my order, and didn't even confirm the price of the order. Once I made my order he told me "next window" not "last window", so I went to the next window and waited. He yelled at me from the last window to move forward and gave me a stink eye. Then he shoved my items at me without checking to see if I grabbed them, and even forgot part of my order, and he didn't even give me a receipt.

The other night I was getting home from a late shift, got to the drive thru at 10:15pm, waited about 3 minutes at the order booth, even saying "hello" in case they didn't realize I was there. No response. I drove forward to see the staff cleaning up for the night and they shook their heads at me. So supposedly they close at 11pm, but they stop taking orders...

I just got back from this location and all the orders were not done correctly. The guy who took our order from the drive thru approximately 4:20pm on 8/24/21 was so unprofessional and didn't read ohr order back to us and all he said was "first window". We had 2 separate orders and when we got to the first window they did not get it right. The lady who took our card read the wrong orders and charged the wrong card,refund the wrong card and charged the same card. The whole order was a big mess and sat on the drive thru for longed than 30mins while cars behind us were constantly honking their horn as if it was our fault. These employees especially the manager showed no remorse and never apologized. He just went and left his mistakes to his employees when it all started from him. I never leave a bad review but at this time I feel it is definitely necessary as the managemwnt in this location doesn't show leadership to his employees. I think you can do so...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I work down the street, so in the mornings sometimes it’s nice to grab a coffee or something and after work some nuggets or something. Every single time I have been through the drive through or inside, the workers are completely rude. They have no concern for the customer. It appears their only concern is taking money from the next person in line. 9/10 times my order is wrong because they either don’t listen and just put down whatever (WITHOUT confirming with me if my order is correct) or they hand the wrong thing out the window. Then when you ask about getting the correct item that you ordered because they messed up on THEIR end, they are super rude about that too. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is these workers are unpleasant. I’ve never seen such awful customer service in a fast food restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go to Burger King a block...
