Mi Rancho Market — Restaurant in Escondido

Wow. Such good street tacos and quesadillas. We got a quesadilla stuffed with cheese for $2.99. You just don't get that anywhere else. Sorry we ate our food so fast no pictures to share today. Tacos are $1.49 a piece and so well worth it. Fresh made tortillas with the best marinated chicken and carne asada. We were looking for an authentic style greasy tortilla and fresh meat tacos and sure found it. Ultimately we scored because its right next door to Petersons donuts so we ended up with dessert too. I definately recommend going to Mi Racho Market for some quality mexican food that you will jot find at thw taco shop down the road. We will be back soon. Arrived to the place on a Wednesday afternoon to find that it’s apparently closed. I push the doors and enter the apparently empty place. A nice woman explains to me that they just served a private party «had an event» so that the restaurant is closed. It’s unfortunate as my wife traveled all the way from China -via Spain- just to try your «tacos». Quick, pleasant reaction from the lady: “wait a few minutes and I’ll give you a little taste of Mexico”. Less than ten minutes later she shows up with a delicious variety taco platter; Food’s on the house! One of the best tacos I’ve tried in South California! Thank you Mi Rancho Market!!...

We hired Jose and team to cater our baby shower last month and they were a hit! I gave tons of referrals and contacts after the event to those requesting their information. We were given three meat and two drink selections for $8 a person for three hours of service. We paid for an additional hour of service to ensure everyone was feed regardless of the time they arrived. The service was terrific and the food was AMAZING!
