So me and my family go there to eat and it takes them 10 minutes to let us order and there wasn’t many people in there just like 5 people and we were a big family there but we order and pay and the food takes 20 minutes for us to just get the food. But one of the food orders were wrong and my mom goes up to them and she says if they could change out the food since they got it wrong and they say “no” and “if you want us to remake one of the order (a cheese burger) then you would have to pay us again” and my mom says that is unfair because they got it wrong and now they wanted us to pay for the food that they were going to remake then they say if you don’t want it “just throw it away” and of course my mom who had a right to be upset at them says no and that they should throw it away and so my mom returns to the table to eat. And then we finish our food and right as we were about to leave a worker shows up out of no where and unnecessarily says to my sister “I don’t know if that’s you’re mom but she’s being very sensitive” and my sister says oh ok and we all hear this and right as we were about to leave again she(the worker) says “we won’t serve you’re mom here anymore” and we say why if my mom didn’t do nothing wrong and you guys were wrong for giving us our food wrong and being angry at us about it and then the worker replies well if we see her again here “we will call the police on her” and the worker keeps going off on us and the worker tries to act like she’s(the worker) the victim by saying “if I wanted to I could’ve had you and you’re mom reported by the police” and at this point the worker is being very unnecessary and she brings in this other worker and the other worker (who we have never seen in our entire life)says “you’re mom is very unnecessary and very rude and super sensitive” my mom was never rude and if anything they were rude because we tried to walk off and they kept saying stuff and these were 2 ladies who work there and they kept talking bad about my mom until we say let’s just go and we leave because of course we don’t want to be rude just like how they were to us but in conclusion: not only did they get our order wrong and not get our money back and no good service and no replacement for our food item which was 1 cheese burger but they threatening to call the police on my mom and report my mom but they also said it to us like if we were in the wrong for telling them that they made our order wrong and the place was full of homeless people outside and some inside and it smelled really bad in there also they took so long to take our order but they also basically robbed us of money from a burger and the workers as I said we’re 2 ladies and this was all in Spanish because my mom doesn’t speak English and one of the ladies had blonde curly hair and she was short not sure if she was a cashier or a cook because she was doing a bit of both and the other one had dark hair she is a cashier. Read moreWorst service ever! I come to this location because it’s the closest to me. The drive thru lady Maria, (short length, burgundy color hair) is very rude and disrespectful. She talks over customers, so she didn’t hear that I ordered 2 #21’s sandwich only, and 1 large iced vanilla coffee. I approach the window and told me my total $10 and some change. It didn’t add up so I asked her if she was billing me for the 2 #21’s sandwich only, and 1 large iced vanilla coffee, she rolled her eyes and very abrasively tried to repeat my order, insisting of a combo! I did not order a combo! I proceed to repeat my order as she is huffing and puffing, informs the kitchen that the car (mine) only wants 2 #21’s, she rang up the sandwich’s but not the beverage, come on lady! Now in frustrated, I’ve asked Maria to be quiet to let me speak and to stop speaking over me hoping she will finally get my order correct. I hand her my debit card and she hands me the iced coffee. It was visually apparent that she was overly frustrated and making instigating comments such as “you are on your phone” (what is it to her, she wasn’t taking my order correctly) “I know you are the customer and your job is important and so is mine” (when did I say her job wasn’t important) I was minding my business waiting for her to process my payment and give me the sandwich’s while she is running her mouth. I then did tell her to shut up as I didn’t come to the location for any BS. She finally stated I was good and hands my debit card back, at this point I’m over it, I didn’t even notice I didn’t get the breakfast sandwiches. I’m pulling forward when she yells your card declined, by this point I can’t reverse as the car behind me has pulled forward too. I’ve reported issues with this locations payment terminal machine in the past. I suppose the chip reader is malfunctioning as I haven’t experienced any issues at any other place. I’m not the type to take handouts, so I will be returning to pay for the iced coffee. Read moreHorrible customer service from the manager and crew. They would not take responsibility for their own mishaps. Rolls eyes and have nasty attitudes. It's like they don't believe you when they mess up the order.They don't give you a receipt , they don't even remember your order, but yet they argue about what you ordered. They misunderstand you and then they blame it on you. They won't reclarify at Drive through. They won't even give you a receipt. When you pay for something they charge you the wrong amount. Horrible. The manager put her finger in my face in the middle of explaining what was going on to take a drive-through order. You never do that . Then three different people came up to me asking me what I ordered multiple times . One lady was nice enough to call back the order to get it replaced but the manager told them to stop and they only gave me back my soggy hash browns on my old sandwich. positive side about it is they charged me only $20 for what was supposed to be a $26 order in the first place. I can't imagine their food cost. Being in the food service for 15 years and running my own restaurants, I can say they won't make their quota this month and food and labor.
