Taqueria Morelos — Restaurant in Escondido

The service was really personal for starters. The chile verde flavor was really nice, really tangy and full of zest, yum. The guacamole order was really generous at $3 and outstanding flavor and texture. The cuts of pork however, could have been a lot more lean and were really way too ratty for my taste and believe me, there's nothing like a little fat for that extra flavor and (really nice to chew) texture like on a ribeye (but not that good of course). Prices were generally competitive for a taco Shop-ish atmosphere setting. Though Definitely worth going back for some more, the richness of the food we had was definitely at a maximum and will try something a bit different tending traditionally to be much lower on the fatty side less greasy. Im being really critical considering the restaurant type, but rating a bit of on the healthier scale, so please consider that. If you want flavor, zest, and traditional, this place is pretty darn good 👍 great flavor and good food more often than not, is not artery considerate, LoL 🤣 all things set aside, cruise; I think you'll dig it. My partner and I came here for the first time. We like to try every different Mexican place all over town and decided to try this one today. It's cute inside and the woman at the counter was very nice and professional, but the food literally had no flavor.
