Christina's Philly Steaks — Restaurant in Eugene

I am not one to write reviews, I tend to put a negative experience behind me and move on, but I will write a review in hopes of saving someone the heartache of eating at this establishment. I ordered 2 subs, a philly and a club with a fry and a drink. The fries were cold, almost as if they were sitting for a while. The philly was over salted with more cheese than anything. The club was completely inedible, having more cheese than any other ingredient with a big salty mass of chopped up bacon in the middle of the sandwich. To make matters worse I ended up paying almost $40 for everything. How do you expect me to support your small business when you charge an arm and a leg for such an atrocious eating experience? These negative reviews are kind of baffling to me. Sure, my sandwich was pricey, but it was honestly one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever eaten. I went for a supreme with cheese whiz and it was so amazingly succulent that it almost felt like a French dip. I'm surprised how little fell out of the bun. That said, they clearly have staffing issues to sort out as there was only one guy there to run the entire restaurant. He did a great job all things considered, but it still took longer than I would've liked. I made sure to tip him well. The woman who took my order was delightful! The problem arose when I attempted to collect my order. They called my name. I walked up, no other customers present. They failed to tell me that only half of my order was ready. I reached for something in the pickup area and was SCREAMED at because it wasn't mine. Would have been helpful to know. It wasn't apparent and they'd been calling me to grab my order. two presumably owners standing around doing absolutely nothing while the cook busted her butt and took orders too.
