when customers order an espresso & ask fir a ""tiny splash" of cream (repeating it even) & the young man at the window puts in a normal amount of cream for a full cup (big splash) from the jug guess what it does to that little espresso?
IT MAKES IT COMPLETELY COLD
lesson: the amount of cream for FULL CUP is different than for a shot/2 shots š also LISTEN to customers the reason i SPECIFIED & REPEATED "tiny" id because ppl tend to not think & do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just pulled up after having a horrible morning at the University of Oregon trying to donate blood and was turned away for a high heart. The high heart rate was because I was speeding walking a minimum of seven blocks due to awful parking and took two flights of stairs to find the donation center that had literally zero signage. Beyond irritated with parking, service, and accessibility at the University, I swung by this Dutch and they flipped my day around with one small gesture of giving me a special drink. They were kind and sympathetic. Honestly, I almost teared up as I pulled away. As a bonus, they gave me a blue straw which is my favorite color. I didn't ask for any color, it just happened. I didn't catch any of their names, but they deserve recognition for such a simple gift that meant more to me than it normally ever would have been. Thank you to the crew at this Dutch in downtown Eugene. Y'all deserve more than I can give. Stay true...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlmost Everytime I've gone to this location except for maybe three times the service has been mediocre. Unfriendly and on two occasions the girl who took my money and gave me my coffee never made eye contact or smiled and seemed like irritated for having to do her job. And on one occasion I had asked for a second coffee at the window and she acknowledged it but then charged me for one and ignored me when I tried to question where the other one was. And for some reason this location consistency on flavor in my coffee is off. My coffee from here never tastes like it should. Not good at all most of the time. My drink is a pretty straight forward one that is one of dutch Bros signature drinks. The baristas that work at dutch Bros are young and I just think that some of them at this location just don't care about their customer service and would rather not be working at all. They're to busy talking to a co-worker and not focusing on...
