Mr. Weber would be rolling over in his grave if he saw this store tonight. I am a delivery driver. Tonight, I had to wait for over 2 hours for them to make the customer’s order. I understand they are busy and there were literally 20 of us drivers locked in the lobby (after midnight). It was hectic and we all had customers who were (reasonably) confused at a “fast food” restaurant taking 2 hours. One driver said he was going on 3 hours and their customers was livid at having to wait 3 hours for Taco Bell. Upon one driver politely and calmly asking for an ETA, the employee angrily yelled “NO MORE ETA’s!!! YOU’LL GET YOUR FOOD WHEN IT’S READY!” I understand it’s busy, and I’m sure we ALL want their customers to get their food promptly. And as drivers, we’re not paid per hour. So the $2.00 per-order payment quickly becomes unjustifiable if no tip is included. We want the customer to get their food fast too! 2 and a half hours after coming in to pick the orders up, an employee yelled a comment loudly so everyone could hear. They encouraged all of us to complain to corporate and leave 1-star reviews because “corporate won’t do s#!t unless they get enough complaints.” Advice to Management: It’s obvious that your employees are struggling. They’ve made it clear that they have no support from Managament or corporate. During my 2.5 hour wait, Several remarked they were hanging by a thread and were on the verge of quitting. You say you’re short-staffed. It’s becoming more and more evident that your employees may not be the problem. Every one of them demonstrated an excellent work ethic and worked as efficiently as they could. I feel as though they wouldn’t have to encourage 1-star reviews from customers and drivers to get help from upper management. This will hurt your brand in the long run. The issues you’re encountering are temporary and resolvable with help from higher-ups. Reviews posted online have a longer-lasting impact that truly can hurt brand perception. Corporate team, PLEASE look into this location a little closer. On behalf of your online customers, delivery drivers representing them, and surely a lot of your employees with similar opinions. I shouldn’t have to be told to leave a 1-star review by your own employees for you to have you investigate. It sure shows the distrust your team members must have at the store level, in my opinion. Categorizing yourself as a Quick-Serve Restaurant is ironic at this point. Help your company be ICONIC 🤩… Not Ironic 😣. I understand reviews have a large impact on businesses. In fact, I will gladly retract my review if I hear of corrective action being taken and/ or upper management confirms they’ll look into resolving this. I am not leaving this review to simply complain. I am primarily leaving it because your employees told me nothing would be done to fix any problems unless we did leave enough negative reviews. Considering anyone who use the Internet will see your reviews, in my honest opinion, it seems like a poor strategy to evaluate store performance. Your employees should instead be advising concerned customers to contact you directly. But it sounds like this is the best way that will help The store apparently. So I will oblige. 🤷 This location is hurting your brand, your delivery drivers, your seemingly-dedicated employees, and ultimately your customers who have to wait sometimes over 3 hours for their order. In summary, I understand it can be busy sometimes. But your employees refusing to come to the front counter to answer any questions and asking everyone to leave one star reviews online for your location does not seem like a viable solution. Especially in the long term. Again, I’ll emphasize, problems at the store level can usually be resolved without customers being told to leave (permanent), negative reviews online.

UPDATE (2/7/24): I don't know if the workers were new or something, but not only did I recieve the wrong burrito, it barely qualified as a burrito. There was more tortilla than filling. Aside from that, the food took longer than usual to be made. This place used to be one of my favorite spots, but the current workers absolutely killed it. This was not worth the money. (If you see the photo I added, that was supposed to be a double beef burrito, which in the end, wasn't even that. Plus, it was tiny, as you can see.) [Outdated down below] I LOVE IT. It's the best place to go to when you are craving steaming, juicy, beef wrapped in a tortilla, plus nachos scattered in the inside the glorious burrito. And then the nacho tasting fries with a delicious side of creamy cheese. I just love Tacobell.

Well we got all the way home and no crunch wrap. So my man is on the way to drive all the way back to get my dinner so i thought since it's already a hastle for him i'd call ahead and ask for it to be ready. She insisted then we bring back all the food but he already left with just the reciept. Then she says " whats his name", and i stated his name and then she said she would talk to him when he got there but refused to fox the problem and get it ready etc. Not our fault you charged is then we have to waste gas to go her what we pay for then she's rude on the phone instead of making it easier then the long wait again. No good! Customer service it's horrible go to another taco bell.

Went thru drive up; Took just shy of 5 minutes to get too the menu board just to place my order!! Mind You; There were Only #2 cars ahead of me!! When She Greeted Me; Well, Not sure You can even call it that, as I could hear her talking to the car at the window as she half spoke "Welcome Taco Bell", then the break of listening to her obvious frustration coming through the tone of her voice speaking to the customer who was approaching the window at the same time she was attempting to greet me!! I sat 30 seconds or so until she confusingly said " I'm Fine, did you have an order"??? Ummm, Yeah; I don't usually just sit at Drive Thru Menu Boards for the Excitement & Entertainment!! So, each item I ordered, She would cut me off, asking Me too confirm the item she repeated, rather than doing that all at once after I've had the chance to place my order & NOT after EACH ITEM Spoken!! Also, BIG MISTAKE asking What was in the New Rolled Chicken Taco; I Guess it was a Dumb Question, As I Certainly got a DUMB Answer!! She said, "WHAT; Chicken Taco's, YES, UGH.....Chicken"!! Ohhh, REALLY; Well I'll Be Bocked!!! Imagi-Bocking-That!!! " Well, Did You Want too order Them"?? Umm, Yesss Please!! "Well Then, What do You Want with Them"? I felt like saying, YOU Already SAID, C-H-I-C-K-E-N!!! Rather I continued with my order, So she could Cut Me Off Again & demand I let her know WHAT I Wanted with Them; Meaning (As I Noticed on the Menu in the bottom corner where it showed little cups of Ranch, Nacho Cheese & 3-4 other choices! I said, Oh; Well I will take Sour Cream!! She said NO, that doesn't come with them!! OK, Guacamole Then!! " Is EVERYTHING CORRECT ON THE SCREEN???" Ughh, Yes, I believe So; It says Chicken Taco, then W/ Guac, and She said "Then Your Total is $4 sixty something" As I am Saying Excuse Me, I am NOT done ordering!! "UGHHMPH, What else did you say"? I haven't YET, But 1st off, I WOULD like a Side of Sour Cream with the Chicken Taco's!! " YOU only get One Dip choice per Order (Which is #2 rolled chicken tacos; Equal to #2 Taquitos!) So You Now do not want the guacamole"?? Ummm; YES, I DO want it, and I want Sour Cream ALSO!! "That is going too be more, you have to BUY the Sour Cream on the Side"!! OH, No $#!+, REALLY?? LoL I didn't say that; Though by that point, I'm sure she ciuld have heard what I was Thinking!!! Hahaha!! Anyway; Adding another Burrito & a drink with lots of ice, Took her an Additional 5 minutes; Especially after carrying on emphasizing YOU WANT EXTRA ICE THEN?? OMG!! After watching the screen flicker and change back and forth from extra ice to No Ice, several times; Finally Again Asking me too Verify the screen, Which I said YES, It all seemed fine after flickering pages of Xtra Ice, NO ICE, Side Ice, EZ ICE, ETC; Which she just said pull forward!! I did, abiut a cars length, where I had to stop & wait, as not too block the In/Out going Traffic, While another 5 minutes passed, and I was able to pull up behind thr car at window (So it was only 2 cars sitting there that held things up another 5 mins!!) I got there, and watched her fiddle with getting the lid on my drink & taking another cars order, Until a girl from the Line brought my bag over, asked if I wanted Hot Sauce & put some in the bag!! She said, Umm, She will get your money in a minute, which she eventually did, handed me my drink that maybe had 4 little ice cubes, and my bag with NO Spork, which I sat a good 90 seconds for once the same girl whom had brought my bag the 1st time & put hot sauce in for me; She came back over & asked me what I needed, then Apologized a couple times; Knowing it should have been in there without even having to ask, let alone sit another waiting period just for the utensil that should have been in the bag already!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! People were pissed; As I had pulled over to eat, and watched people skid out of there all upset. It was like Chaos in there too; Smoke coming out the window & had filled the inside (Which was probably the Beans Burning; my pintos...

Food is Hot, Fresh and Usually Real Friendly!! I have noticed on Occasion while in the drive thru and hearing the lady taking orders repeatedly as your in line; Often times, Well, I'd say Every time I go, I hear her come across very rude and unprofessional. She'll sound like She is very depressed; After asking the customer How are They, and when The Customer asks back the same, She Almost Always sounds like She should receive Pity, Saying "Uhhh, I'm Okayyy'. It gets annoying to see Every time you go there; And that is from the Drive Thru!! Most Alway's, the drive thru line is Very Long, and is steadily moving at a 10 car in line at a time pace. So Understandably; She deals with a great number of people, and Anyone that deals with the public should know, there's ALWAY'S going to be some Nasty Customer's that You can never please, and that You should never take it Personal; Even MORE CRUCIAL, NEVER take it OUT on THE CUSTOMER'S!! THEY ARE THE ONE'S that are generating Your Paycheck, and to put it bluntly; They just don't Give a Burrito Supreme whether you are having a Bad Day or Not, They Expect Excellent Service, Quality, Friendliness and Value!! If they are Not receiving any one of those Expectations; Especially at the Inflated Costs of Fast Food these days, They will not hesitate to Speak their Mind, Read You the Right Act, Take Your Name and then Call The Corporate Office or Owner with a Valid Complaint; Even so, when the Office Comps their Meals for their Inconvenience, They still may choose to NOT Return to the same location due to a bad Experience (Which, just to Remind Something which we all Know; WORD OF MOUTH, it Can Be a Very Dangerous & Costly Demise!! Just Saying) Overall Though; Taking a look at the Big Picture, they do Great there!! Like I said, Food is Hot, Fresh, Friendly Service Most Often, Speed of Service is Commendable I Think, Value is Ehhhhh, and One Other Great Aspect is they are to be Recognized for their Order Correctly Sent Out!! I cannot recall the last time they messed up on my order!! Oh wait; Yes, there was one time, and that was just that they left out my Dorritos with my Meal Deal, which I truly was fine with, but mentioned it my next time, and she acted like I was Crazy, or What did I Expect Her to do about it?? She just snapped at Me Inquiring if I had My Receipt, and then said "Well, I dunno; You need to really have called that in to a Manager right when you notices it missing, I don't know that there is anything we can do about it now!!" OMG.....R.E.W.I.N.D... LOL Are YOU Even being Serious Lil Girl?? We're talking about an item that they most likely receive free from PepsiCo or st the VERY MOST might Cost them 10¢ VERY MOST; And Your going to hold up the line too explain some off the wall made up as You go rule about YOUR ERROR for forgetting to out them in my PURCHASED Meal, YES, YOUR Failure; And Tell Me how You expect I should handle the situation, in a Way in which would have Resulted in Even More Time and Money Loss to Me and Taco Bell, to call it in right then!!! Guaranteed; Been There, Done That, and have tried to call a Taco Bell, and NOBODY EVER Answers the Phone!! Most Often, after ringing SO MANY times, a Fax Tone Answers then Hangs Up on You!!! GET REAL!! Okay; No Ranting.....They do a good job overall and I appreciate them.....its just a few experiences working up to this point over the past...
