Most Panda Expresses are pretty much the same, but when you're dealing with franchises, the quality can vary drastically. That said, this Panda Express has consistently been one of the better ones I've ever been to. Don't get me wrong, at the wrong times of day, during or after a busy day, you unfortunately might still get a plate where the meat is dried out, or it could just be a giant hard crunchy nugget of batter, with almost no meat apparent, or visible. Or, occasionally you might find the new employee, or the old veteran employee who's being lazy and rude by giving you a portion that might be accidentally/ purposely smaller than normal. Which is a huge travesty because the large portion sizes is most definitely one of this restaurant's main positive qualities.. so if you take that away it really over priced. But overall, this location has seemed to keep fresh entrees throughout the day, a friendly staff and a clean enjoyable environment. I was also quite impressed with a younger, female employee named "Tasmeen" (or something spelled similarly). A Friendly and helpful employee, who genuinely doesn't rush you and shows real patience, even when their store closes very soon, is...
Read moreOrdered my food and paid by phone. Went to store to pick up. Manager was extremely rude and spoke to me loudly in front of other customers and stated he did not have the order so I needed to go back and figure out who I gave my money to. I showed him the receipt and he still refused to give me my food and ATTEMPTED to publicly humiliate me. This is unacceptable. Frankly, it felt extremely discriminatory. I will never go to this panda again. I did contact the corporate office about this terribly rude manager (SEOK JUNG) and am still waiting to receive a response back. I am also waiting to be refunded for food I did not ever receive. His implication that I was seeking free food as the only African American in the store with numerous non African American people watching the saga is HOPEFULLY not what Panda Express wants to put forward as their vision of how customers should be treated. Do not frequent this store if you want to be treated with dignity and respect. This is closest to my office but I will not accept such discriminatory and negative behavior without addressing it and plan to never visit this panda...
Read moreWe ordered two plates for delivery today from Grubhub. No complaints about the delivery, this is all about what we received. 1 plate was Honey Walnut Shrimp and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast with chow mein noodles. The other plate was Double Honey Sesame Chicken Breast with chow mein noodles. The issue was that both orders of the noodles were about 90% nothing but cabbage and very small amounts of actual noodles. They charged $14.25 for the plate with Shrimp and Chicken and $12.25 or so for the other plate. It's extremely irritating to be charged that much for a huge container of cabbage!! I took a picture of what I got, I wish I could attach it to show you. This was a very disappointing experience. I hate cabbage, why is it even in the noodles? I am sure it's cheaper to use the cabbage over the noodles but you should adjust the price and you should warn people that you don't serve plain noodles. If we go back again I will never order the chow mein noodles again. By the time we picked out the pieces of cabbage we were left with maybe 3 bites of actual noodles and that's...
