I’m sure this place is great, but I had a negative experience. The ordering system, I understand the idea behind it. But it make it really hard for customers to give you their money. The order system is real bottle necked. If you don’t come in and order immediately you loose your spot in line and it takes an extensive amount of time to get your order in again. Even after asking multiple times, still no go get in line. The blonde lady at the front I’m not sure has the correct demeanor for all demographics that visit the shop. Didn’t get a chance to get food because I couldn’t get my order in time. Which is funny because I’m president of my organization in here from out of town and we are about to start coming here tri annually for large events. The lady at the front needs to stay at the front she spends more time doing other stuff than taking orders. She also mixed up and forgot an order at our table then is constantly pestering us asking if we ordered something because even those she takes all the orders, she has no idea where they go. Negative experience all around. Very disappointed food looked good, too bad I didn’t get to try any of it.

TLDR: Get some damn chicken! Service was great. I believe we were served by the owner (or one of them). He was a very skilled server. Ordering was a little awkward. The server provided the drinks and the run down of the establishment, but ordering goes through a QR code. Nothing bad, but just not what we were expecting. If the place gets crammed with hungry guests, it does seem like a highly efficient way to get orders going. The chicken was delicious and could be eaten by itself - no sauce - no problem. Their "Boss Sauce" is good. It reminds me of Raising Cane's sauce but a little different. The fries are also good and we wanted more. It could be because we only bought 2 plates but there was still enough food to feed 4 for lunch.

We were disappointed. We had a little bit of a big group (13), so we contacted the restaurant the day before. They said they would be ready for us…we were seated right away at 12:11, so off to a good start. At 1:22 I was the first to be served my sandwich which looked great, tasted ok, but was cold. At 1:35 the last person was served. The chicken strips most ordered looked good but were very hit and miss. Some strips tasted good while others tasted old and chewy. Our waiter only came by once in our wait at 1:01 to tell us that they were just going to start our food and it should be out in 10-20 minutes. There were about 6 other tables of two to four people with many tables empty. I’d hate to see them on a busy day.

I recently had the pleasure of trying "The Angry Volunteer" sandwich at your establishment, and I must say, it left quite an impression.

The sandwich itself is a flavor explosion. The combination of ingredients is nothing short of genius. The name might be fierce, but the taste is pure delight. Each bite reveals layers of succulent flavors that dance on the palate. Whether it's the perfectly seasoned meat or the harmonious blend of condiments, this sandwich is a winner.

Now, let's talk about those fries. I'm not sure what magic you've sprinkled on them, but they are on a whole other level. Crispy, golden, and addictive—I couldn't get enough. The mystery seasoning adds an intriguing twist that keeps you reaching for more.

And then there's the 'arkanslaw.' Don't underestimate this side order. It's not your run-of-the-mill coleslaw. No, it's a revelation. Creamy, tangy, and packed with fresh veggies, it complements the sandwich beautifully. Trust me; you'll want to order extra.

Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I'm already planning my return visit. Next time, I'll explore the other sandwiches and sides on your menu. Keep up...

I just came back from wading at the beaver tail waters, and I was exhausted and hungry from fishing so I passed through Eureka Springs on my way home and I saw peckers. Originally I did not think it was a restaurant. I thought it was something else… but when I tasted the chicken it was delicious! It took a while to get here but it was really good. I mean I’ve had better but it did not disappoint. The only thing is my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I ordered a 4 piece spicy chicken tender basket with the fries and 2 ranches. The tenders were MASSIVE! They were way bigger than I expected but they were good. The tenders weren’t really spicy. I mean they had a kick but it was not spicy. More mild. The fries were DELICIOUS. I ate every single fry and left no left overs when it came to the fries. Fried were definitely a 10/10. The ranch was ok I could definitely tell it was from a bottle. Just your average joe ranch. Overall the service was really good and the food was good. The wait was long but it was worth it. I...
