Tonight I was very disappointed with the service I received. This isnt the first time I have poor service, once before we order online and as we went in to pick up order the cashier was extremely rude and aggressive when trying to receive the order. I ignored my first visit, trying again to see if hopefully they would redeem their selves. But tonight took the cake for me, for poor unprofessional attitude and customer service. Tonight I order boneless wings with a side of fries, a burger with a side of fries and loaded buffalo tots. I arrived and picked up my order it was ready or so I thought. I got my food and as I was approaching my car still in the parking lot and right in front of the doors I noticed the bag may have been a little short missing some items. I checked the bag more throughly when I reached my vehicle and noticed I was missing both side orders of fries which were displayed on the receipt. Again, I did not leave the parking lot this was in all of a matter of 5 minutes. I immediately walked back inside and politely let the cashier that handed me my order earlier that I did not recieve my fries for either entrees I ordered. She was nice and friendly and went to get who I assume was the Manager on Duty or Head Cook in the back. Immediately I was met with a rude tone of "Well did they bring the bag back?". I got no apologizes. I in fact did bring the bag back inside to show them that I did not receive them but the tone in which she responded sounded as if I had left for a long period of time and came back trying to get free food. Which is definitely not the case! I simply wanted the food I paid for and the bag I received in the first place that I thought was short was a smaller bag which is why it was brought to my attention. She then proceeded to check my receipt and bag to see if we had the fries. Opening up all my boxes. She looked at my receipt and goes, "Oh fries for the boneless wings" and I said I also need fries for my burger and she interrupted me and said "your burger is right here while holding the box to the burger that contained no fries". I then repeated myself and showed on the receipt that I was suppose to have fries as well with the burger. I paid for fries too. Still no apologies. She went to the back and while waiting for the fries I could hear the kitchen staff talking about me and my order and it was not was kind words. They were vulgar and very hateful. I just wanted the food that I ordered and paid for and I was never rude to the lady. I have a witness that was with me during the pick up process. She finally comes back up front with the two order of fries bags them up says here you go, I take the bag and she says have a nice night. And it wasn't in a actually friendly tone, its in that attitude fake sounding way like she didnt mean it at all. And still no apologies. I return home to open the fries boxes to cold old fries that were only filled not even half way. This is extremely disappointing and I will no longer be eating here. Truly unacceptable behavior for a restaurant industry and I know because I myself have worked fast food before and waitressing so I know how hard it can be sometimes but there is no reason to be rude and disrespectful to a guest who wasn't rude or disrespectful to you at all. It would be one thing if I was screaming or yelling but I never raised my voice. Just honestly do better. Get employees who actually care about their job and the customers. A simple apology would have solved it all but no she was rude and disrespectful. Poor, awful customer service will not be coming back and will be telling all my friends not...
Read morePay close attention to your checks!!! Or better yet, just go to the west side BWW and avoid the hassle. I used to go to the west side BWW once a week with coworkers when I worked in Evansville, and we always had a great experience. We avoided this east side location because of an issue my coworkers had with their waiter one day. I happened to be on this side of town last week and decided to give this location another try.
The food was great, but the issue happened when I got our check. At the bottom of our list of items we ordered, it had 2 alcoholic beverages that we didn't order. I don't even drink alcohol. No big deal, though. Just had to point it out to the waitress and get it corrected before I paid. She came back with the corrected check, so I handed her my card. What happens next? I get text alerts that my card was just charged for TWO SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS!
I logged into my card account to double check, and sure enough, she ran my card for 1 check totaling the amount of the two drinks that had been removed, AND THEN ran my card for my actual check. She came back and I told her about my card being charged twice, and she says I shouldn't have because I only got one receipt. Trying to play it off as if she didn't do what she just did, because there's no way she accidentally rang up 2 separate transactions on my card, especially when the first one was for the drinks she "mistakenly" placed on my check the first time.
Furthermore, the drinks belonged to the table right behind me, and they weren't even in the process of paying at that time. Plus they got food, which would make their check a lot higher than the charge of just the two drinks, so there's no way she was ringing up checks for both tables and accidentally used my card on both of them. What it looks like she was doing was trying to get me to pay for her friends' drinks, even if it took going as far as using my card for two separate transactions and hoping I don't notice. That is stealing. Her manager had to find the transaction and credit the amount back to my card....
Read moreCame in with my family, waited 10 minutes for a server. Server took everyone else’s drink orders at the table and did not take mine. 10 minutes later we get the chance to order food. My husband and father in law order the house sampler, my mother in law order a chicken sandwich, my daughter got the kids Mac n cheese and I got 10 sweet bbq boneless and wedges. Tables who ordered after us got their food before us. All of the other food arrived to the table except my wings. We were told they are coming. 25 minutes later my husband had to track down a manager to get my wings. Waitress came out and asked if it was supposed to be a to go order. She then brought cold honey bbq wings. Finally got the correct wings after 45 minutes of waiting and my family finishing their food. We were not given silverware or napkins. When we asked for napkins we were given the napkins that you put your drink on. We also caught the female manager vaping in the kitchen. Finally got the receipt and there were two sets of wings on there. Told her it was wrong. She went and one voided. Came back and I told her I was not going to pay for wings that took 45 minutes to get to me and were wrong originally and asked for the manager. The waitress Makayla said even after for you ate them. She came back with it once again not off the bill. Asked for the manager again. Manager came over finally and told us she was new and not good dealing with people who were upset. The waitress came back with the card and receipt to sign and decided not to give us a pen to sign and walked off mad she was called out for...
