OK, GDR is a great place to have in the community. That being said, maybe it is time to do some more training at this location. I say that with the understanding that customer service is going in the toilet these days anyway, HOWEVER, upon entering the store it was very busy. The line was moving decently, but slow enough I found myself watching the workers. All over the prep surface were dirty rags and on more than one occasion, as the prepared food was slid to the left to be wrapped, I saw the rag touch the food. Now that is enough to gross anyone out and even be a violation BUT I have worked food service and grew up with where the five second rule didn't apply so I was fine and had said I would just call and mention it to a manager being more informative rather than attacking and causing a scene. Now we are at the front of the line well prepared to place an order give the amount of time we had in line. That's when it got silly. Cashier stopped taking orders, probably to let the queued orders get filled but didn't even acknowledge our existence. She stood there to the left of the register just watching the prep line...no "hey, welcome in, give me a moment, and we will be right with you" or "sorry, I'll grab your order in just a moment" or even a passing glance. We just stood there....waiting...three feet from the cashier.

Read moreThe food was excellent. The staff in the drive through was rude. It wasn't rush time and there was no one behind or in front of me, so there was no need to rush me or be rude. As I pulled up before I could get my window all the way down I was greeted with a very hateful tone of "Did you hear me? How may i help you?" As if I was just sitting there ignoring her. So I place my order of 7 way chili I'm still being met with the same negative attitude "Is that all?" So I tell her yes ma'am. $8.05 please pull around. I pull put my $20 dollar bill and go to hand it to her and she snatched it out of my hand and started to close the window. I responded and said ma'am I have the change. I was met with a hateful look. I'm handed my change and then am given my drink. I ask her before my food was handed to me if I please may have a lot of hot sauce I'm talking 10 or 12 packs and even offered to pay for the extra. She didnt acknowledg me. So I ask her again and I'm told it's in the bag. I thank her and proceed to drive off. I get to my stop I look in my bag and theres 2 packs of hot sauce! 2!!! I went there and they told me the shake mach was down to find out the next time I came there that there isn’t a shake machine and that they hand mixed the shakes so what a inconvenience the first time so I also ordered 3 friends 3 cheese sauce two shakes that they could finally give me this time and my fries came extremely hard I mean they were so stale I couldn’t even eat them the cheese sauces were barley filled 1/4 of the way. I called them Genis and Damon were the managers they were extremely rude and were not helpful at all. All they would do for me is mail me a free coupon fry. Ridiculous who says I want there businesses again and I also just paid 30$ for a dinner I couldn’t even eat. What is waiting for the coupon in the mail that’s going to take a few days do for me. I also contacted the owner of the restaurant and they haven’t called me/ emailed me back. I will never give them my services again nor recommend to anyone.
