McDonald's — Restaurant in Everett

Everytime my husband and I go to this location it is always something. We tend to go late at night or really early in the morning because of our work hours. There shake machine never works past 11pm just fyi, in case you get a craving for a shake after 11pm DO NOT GO THERE!!! Last week we went to the drive thru, ordered and then pulled up to pay. When we go to pay the last at the window says "oh we are only accepting cash right now." You don't think that is something you should have mentioned when we were ordering. This has happened a handful of times in 6 months. Either there system goes down A LOT or the employees are working there own cash only system ;-). This is all very frustrating when doing this all trying to still be on time for work. Even when we leave early knowing something at this place will hinder a speedy in and out through a fast food place, it's still becomes stressful and a race of the clock. This morning, we get there and both windows to the drive thru's are closed. Its 5 min to 5am and I go try the doors. There's one lady sitting, one is sweeping g and some more employees in the back. The last sees me try the door and she yells at me "were not open till 5" I then asked why the drive thru was closed and if that would maybe open? She said NO, and repeats the we don't open until 5am. Not a very nice woman at all. I was just asking a question and I was not rude or impolite not once. I do not need not deserve to get yelled at at 5 in the morning because obviously this woman hates her job or her life. Either way you don't need to take it out on others. Your at work leave your personal BS at the door and take some pride in what you do. It will make you happier and your days go by quicker. Or if its truly that bad or your that miserable go get another job!!! Do not take it out on the public!!!! Anyways, I get the dining room doesn't open until 5 but I've never seen both drive thru windows closed at a 24 hour drive thru. Not to mention probably a total of 5 employees that I could see. This is the worst McDonald's you could go too. Like I said every time we go there it's always something. There shake machine is always not working after 11pm, employees there have bad attitudes, there credit card machine never seems to work and they will take cash only however u don't get told this till after you have ordered and are at the window to pay, and it a toss up whether or not your food will actually be hot lol Thank you all for allowing me to vent. I was really hungry and thirsty and was truly looking forward to a big glass of oj and a breakfast sandwich. So I was just disappointed by this place yet again and I thought to finally get it off my chest lol Have a great day and be safe. And if u want McDonald's in the area DO NOT GO HERE!!! I met a girl on December 24th 2020 ,at the Quil Ceda Casino she was left there and stranded and she was broke I offered her a ride home and actually gave her $50 I happened to win $5,000 that day and didn't mind helping her out. Her name is Christian and she is a manager at McDonald's on Broadway in Everett Washington. On our way to her house I was pulled over by the police apparently I had a warrant that I was not aware of first time in my life ever having one and the lady officer was going to take me to jail. The lady officer clearly knew that me and Christian did not know each other as Christian was writing down my phone numbers. The woman officer would not let me take my purse with me, I told her I had that I won $5,000 that day and I did not want to leave my purse with a stranger. She informed me that I could take my wallet but not my purse. I had purchased a $90 laptop charger that day for my surface pro and asked Christian to please keep my stuff safe. The lady officer was aware that Christian did not have a valid driver's license. I had left the Jeep running since there was no driver side door since it fell off months ago and it was cold outside. I was taken in at 3:30 a.m. and was out at 3:30 p.m. that same day I walked to McDonald's to ask Christian where my Jeep and belongings were and she gave me some verbal directions. After looking for my Jeep for 2 hours I headed back down to McDonald's to have her write me a map or take me there or something so I could find my Jeep. She gave me directions on a piece of paper and told me that all my stuff was covered up and everything should be fine. When I located my Jeep, my purse was on the passenger side floor, my phone ,Jeep keys and cigarettes were on the console. My phone number is that she wrote down was on the passenger seat covered up with the blanket. I drove home. I took an inventory of my cash in my purse which there was none. The laptop charger that I purchased for $90 was also gone. There was only $1,700 in my wallet the rest was in my purse approximately $3,000 that Christian has in her possession and my charger. the next day I went to McDonald's to talk to Christian about my missing items she was so defensive and said my stuff was not her responsibility and that she did the best that she could. I said no you did not do the best that you could because anyone else would have made sure my items were safe. Apparently they just weren't safe from her hands because anyone else would have taken everything they would not have left my phone my smokes and my purse. Christian called the police on me and had me barred from McDonald's for harassment. All this just because I was going to give her a ride home. I will now be filling out a police report to turn her in , she does not sound like management material to me. ...

Today i was called by the management to be OFFERED a job that I was interviewed for 3 weeks ago, but last second she says never mind an hangs up on me. So let me explain, my first interview went well i explained the one place i was fired from an why. Tells me she understands an really want me to come in for a second interview. So for my second I got to the Mcdonalds 25 minutes early. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before a manager i had not meet yet tried to 'take my order'. So after this manager asks me three times if i am sure it was that day i had an interview asked me to hold an an walks to the back. (first interview was 2 day prior an I had put the date an time in my phone calander infront of the person interveiwing me) then to my suprise the General manager was not even there. She had not said anything to her managers that where in the store to let me know when i showed up or gave me a call to let me know that she had to change dates. I called the next 4 days trying to get a hold of the GM who is Amanda an she was never available. Although I was asked for my name an number each time an still no returned call. So now 3 weeks later today they call me at 8am 3/9/2018 to say they are offering me the job. I ask about what happened an that the confusion scared me a little bit. She then asks me to hang on sets the phone down hard an angerly tells Amanda that i am pissed about what happened....... That was a flat out lie an cost me my job for she picked the phone up an with attitude said "we no longer want to go thorough with hiring you good bye" an hung up. She spoke fast so i could not speak.... Bad customer serves manager at its best. So i call back to ask for a number to reach the franchisees number one of them happened to be in the store. When she talked to me she was short an said she will Handel it.

Please boycote this Mcdonalds they treat people like trash, an probably dont care...
