Taco Bell — Restaurant in Everett

Updated Review: Ordered ahead on the app, went inside, and proceeded to wait more than 30 minutes for them to make my food with NO ONE else ahead of me! A doordash driver came in after me and was able to get them to make his order first. The drive-thru attendant kept telling the line to make my order since I was there in person, but they repeatedly skipped over it and proceeded to make literally dozens of drive-thru orders first. When I tried to get the attention of managers and staff walking by, they shuffled past without acknowledging me at all. They even locked up the lobby with me still inside and proceeded to make me wait another 20 minutes before my order was FINALLY filled with basically no apology. To be clear, my order was a very simple combo with only 3 items, nothing special! Staff absolutely didn't care about me and everyone present pretended like it wasn't their problem. I kept my cool, but this type of service is downright unacceptable! I will be contacting corporate.

Original Review: Took nearly 40 minutes to get through the drive-thru at 10pm. Definitely not "fast food" here, even though I placed a mobile order in advance and only had a single item on my order. Line did not move a single car for over 20 minutes, then started flowing steadily out of nowhere. I have a feeling the guy who appeared to be acting as both cashier AND making the food between orders went on break and just left everyone waiting. Watched a bunch of cars enter and leave the line behind me, but I was stuck waiting. Guy at the window was pleasant, but my experience seems to follow the other reviews here. It was not a busy day. 3 cars in drive thru. I walked inside and there was 1 customer awaiting his order. One employee, whom I believe was the manager simply because she was bossing people around in quite a rude manner, made eye contact with me on 2 separate occasions. However, it took her approximately 5 minutes before she asked if I had been helped. While I was waiting, she just continued sweeping and barking orders. As I had mentioned earlier, there were only 4 customers, 3 outside 1 inside ahead of me. I asked if the pineapple freeze was still available and with an attitude, her head bobbled on her neck with the short rude response of "not anymore". The tone was by no means customer friendly. As I awaited my simple order of 2 nacho bell grandes, I noticed the line cook place 2 nacho bell grandes in a bag and set them on the counter space by the drive thru window, so I thought nothing of it. Waited patiently another 10 minutes, it was then they placed that same bag on the front counter. Really? My order was just sitting there for 10 minutes until they felt like giving to me at their convenience. I feel when they remodeled the store, they should have remodeled the staff as well. For starters when in drive through u could see rats running back and forth under door to kitchen. Then we go to order and the lady couldn't have acted more irritated and frustrated that we didn't instantly know what we wanted when we pulled up. Then when paying she refuses to take my $5 off any order over $5 thar I got in the mail from a precious screwed up order saying her store is separate and doesn't take Them. Then when my daughter but into her steak frilled cheese burrito it was so spicy she threw up in my car choking on it and she eats spicy things. And she has ordered this before at other taco bells and never had a problem. When I called and asked what was in it and Why it was so spicy I was told by a manager she didn't know what would be that spicy nothing in it is spicy. Then she proceeded to read me what is in it. When she said Chipotle sauce I said that's spicy. She then said yeah I know. She then argued with me about what goes in it and how it's not spicy. And offered for me to come back and she would show me what goes in it. As if that matters at that point. But never once offered to make another one without the Chipotle sauce. Very disappointed in...
