I ordered two of the $7 fill ups, and I go up to the window to go pay. I gave the gentleman my card, and then he gives me the sodas and the receipt, and I didn't think anything of it but I was like wait he did not give me my card back. So I looked in my purse and everything I could not find it so I went and parked because there was people behind us. Then I look in my purse just to make sure and sure enough he did not give me my card. I went inside and my card was on the floor in the Drive-Thru so while he is walking around he is walking on my debit card. I told him sorry you did not give me my card back, then he says yes I did I go no you did not. He was looking around and he goes oh shoot the wind must of blew it. There is no wind people. Not sure what he was trying to do with my card. That really ticked me off. It does not end there we get home to go eat and the chicken pieces were tiny they were like a half of a piece is that what the $7 fill up is supposed to look like? If I'm going to pay money at somewhere, I want to be able to get the food that I paid for and that was like a kid's meal. they were not busy so I'm really ticked off the type of service that I got from this one. I even used to work at this one years ago and we never made our chicken...

I called the KFC customer care hotline and the woman who answered was attentive n sympathetic to my food not being hot she is a gem and Thank you She apparently passed my message on to the KFC store I went to and within a hour of me calling the care hotline the manager (Kody) of that store was calling me on the phone and apologizing and willing to refix my order.I have never had a manager call me on my phone and on a Sunday Thank you Kody and thank you KFC customer care line lady shout out to you both for the best customer service ever from you both so if u r in the customer service business I suggest you take notes because this dynamic duo is the best at it.To have gr8 customer service is a talent n can make or break a business. Most of the time customer service is the businesses first point of contact and so many businesses don't understand that these days and have these rude unsympathetic people on the front line representing their business ....Team work makes the dream work ...

The only thing this place had going for it was the fries. I ordered a 6 piece family meal with a 10 piece nugget. Get home which was only a couple blocks away. The nuggets were cold and chewy, didn't even eat them. They also forgot to put the sauces with my order as well. The Mac and cheese had hardened on the top and was just unappetizing. The biscuits were cold and hard as well, and the worst of all was the extra crispy chicken, barely any meat on the pieces. What meat was on the pieces was very dry like it had been overcooked, sat too long, or both. The wing piece, which usually is the lesser of the meat, I barely found a sliver of meat left on it. So for it being dinnertime around 6pm, and for their food to be in that state of quality, tells me one major thing, avoid this place, cause obviously they don't care about quality. They hold the KFC name, but that is not the KFC that I know, and won't be back. I'll be sending this review up the corporate...
