Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. Really the only one I like. But this location has bad management.
6/20/22, 9:18pm, Summary: New kid in the window + computer troubles. Both burgers wrong, no drink + accidental overcharge by $2.65. Mkay whatev. Ish happens. No biggie.
Went back w/entire order to return for a remake. Wait in drive thru line again. Supervisor took my whole order, then refused a remake. Made no explanation for overcharge. And Instead handed me back cash I didn't want or ask for on a cc transaction - again in the wrong denomination, this time on purpose! Playing it real fast n loose, I guess? Over by 2 cents.
"Ok, thank you? But can I have my food now - you know, my original order? And repay you the $8.33 it actually costs, tax included?"
But the supervisor, rude and mean for no apparent reason, says "No - I made it right by refunding you." Appalled, I ask for my my original receipt back. She refuses this, too. Types a minute, changes some things, then prints up a new one.
Now, I realize it's just fast food... which is exactly the point. Why be so awful to regular customers who generally like your establishment (AND TIP) that just wanna pay what they owe in return for what they ordered?! Who, even when their order is a bag full of errors, just bring it back, and kindly ask for a remake.
Fact is: if they'd remade the order they owed me, I'd have just tipped the $2.65 the new kid accidentally charged me. No harm, no foul. But nooooooo. Harm & foul preferred, I guess?

Read moreI absolutely love Wendy's! From their frosties all the way across the board to their fries and baked potatoes and chili. Everything is soooooo good.
I reccomend the jr. bacon cheeseburger, that burger is always a win if looking for a quick on the go curb your hunger item.
I would also recommend, but Wendy's actually ended up doing away with what was my favorite grilled chicken burger (unfortunately); #5 is what the grilled chicken burger use to be on the menu which is no longer there. I would add onion to it and mayonnaise additional to what was already on the grilled chicken burger and that chicken burger would slap!
I now substitute and change around a different chicken burger to try to get something similar, but nothing will ever compare.
But despite all of that, I still am a loyal Wendy's customer and will continue to give all my food love to Wendy's. Also enthusiastically and patiently (the best way I can, although super antsy) waiting for the new menu that's about to be on and popping for their new ordering menu.

Read moreThis Wendy's has been going down hill for a while now. Today was the icing on the cake. We went there for dinner. We didn't realize they were closing (it's earlier because of New years). Had they told us, we would have went somewhere else. They let us order. The young boy at the front does not listen. I had to repeat myself numerous times because he wasn't typing in what I wanted. They told us AFTER we ordered and sat down that we need to leave because they were closed (again had they told us, we wouldn't have ordered and we would have left.) Our food came. We had two kids meals. They didn't come at all. When I told them we were missing food, they said we weren't. I showed them the receipt and ALL the food we had gotten including fries that they just dumped into the bag. They gave us some of the food owed then continued to argue with me that we still didn't have it all, even though the young man arguing was the same one who took out dang order. Will not recommend this place. All of our food was cold when they handed it to us except the burger for the kids meal that they literally just made. Very rude staff. Very inconsiderate.
