SCAM ALERT. They DO NOT have the Meats. Ordered 3 chicken sliders on the app, what I got was 1 chicken tender cut into 3 pieces put on 3 very small buns. The image they advertise IS NOT a tiny cut up tender section. One of them was only the tip of a tender. I gave them survey feedback and they gave me a Make It Right coupon, which made it obvious to the staff I was the person that complained about their scam tactics. Manager scowled the whole time I was redeeming my coupon, so much so that I just threw the sandwich in the trash because I didn't trust what they may've done to the food. Fast forward 6 months and I order from them again today. 2 Double beef and cheddars. I could tell as soon as I grabbed the sandwich out of the bag it was light as a feather. Imagine the look on my face to see the skimpiest and wimpiest sandwich I've ever seen. When I called and asked to speak to a manager a lady claiming to be the manager answered and after hearing my complaint, went silent and the ACTUAL manager now gets on the line and asks me what's the problem...Not going to go through the hassle of explaining it again. You go here, get ready for sneak tactics and poor service. This is the shadiest Arby's I've ever been to and it's an easy decision not to go back. Edit: Just realized what they did after I told them my name for the order, they covered all of the order and store information on my receipt with giant stickers to prevent me from leaving feedback to their parent company. Just the shadiest...
Read more“Hooked, like one of Kareem’s arms!” What’s popping foodies? BigDaveIsFat here and I’m back with another review. This one takes us to a local Arby’s to try their new cheesesteak and all I can say is “I’m in love. ‘I’m in love’With the other cheesesteak. ‘Sorry Gazzos’ My life was fine. Yes it was. Until it blew my mind!” In my Ray Parker Jr. voice. I ordered one last night, but didn’t take any photos or videos cuz I was quite famished at the time and as soon as I took the first bite, I realized I would have to double down the following day and write a review on it. This cheesesteak is one of the most flavorful ones I’ve ever had. Zoagies, whom I’ve done a review on has the most flavorful cheesesteak I’ve ever eaten followed by Pudge’s Steaks & Hoagies. The garlic aioli sauce was a very wise choice because it pairs well with the peppers and it gives the sandwich a very unique flavor. It’s hitting on many levels. Arby’s hit a home run with this one. It’s next level and I compare this to when McDonald’s introduced their steak, egg and cheese bagel which can’t be beat. If I were the competition, my employees would be in the test kitchen overnight attempted to create something that could compete with this cheesesteak. Unfortunately though, there is NO competition in the fast food market for this cheesesteak. It is that damn good. My name BigDaveIsFat says it ALL! “GET...
Read moreArby's has a new pulled pork sandwich. It was pretty good! The only thing that was wrong with it, was the amount of meat on the sandwich. I feel there could of been more for the price. It did taste good, it also had a pickle on the sandwich. The 1/2lb roast beef was very big and it tasted good. I feel that was worth the price I paid. The lady in the window wasn't too personable. I thanked her when I got to the window when she gave me my change. No response. She asked me when she came back to the window if I wanted any sauces. I told her I did and what I would like. I then said thank you still no response. She opened the window again and handed my soda out to me. I said thank you for a 3rd time and no response. She shut the window and went to get my food. She came back and handed it out the window to me. I thanked her again and still not a word.I asked her for napkins and she got me some and I said thank you for the 5th time she said thank you and shut the window. Mannerism isn't her best trait and I've experienced other employees that reacted in a similar way. That annoys me that they won't talk or acknowledge me. I always say please and thank you and treat them with respect. The fast food industry doesn't care who they hire or if they are courteous. That's why I haven't been to this particular Arby's ....
