Blue Sky Coffee — Restaurant in Fairborn

A hidden gem to be sure!! The baristas were wonderful, they helped me pinpoint exactly what to get and their suggestions were on point! I didn't catch their names, but to the young lady: I hope the rest of your first day went well :)

I got an iced oat milk latte with chocolate (mocha?) with a raspberry cold foam on top. This coffee was so delicious I kind of wish I got two!

For my husband, I ordered a raspberry elderflower rose iced tea. He said he enjoyed it.

The cookies, according to the baristas, are made by a local woman - a recent Cedarville graduate, they said. The cookies were thick and rich and delicious. I truly recommend splitting them with someone as it was nearly too much sugar.

I will certainly be back here as often as I can!! Good vibes, great coffee...

First and foremost, I want to mention Kyler and Roy. They are fantastic people! Our first time here. Since moving to New Carlisle, there’s no coffee shop around us in our town that have toffeenut flavoring, and this location does!! They mentioned they just got it in. Great timing!!! Toffeenut is my FAVORITE flavor!!! I hope you guys keep it! It’s worth the 25 minute drive. :) I got just a regular toffeenut latte, and my spouse got the Fall Flannel. Delicious! The atmosphere of this coffee shop is awesome. We came in on a relatively quiet day. It’s cozy, and a huge vibe. We will be back....

The staff were super friendly but my wife and I did not like the drink. We both got a pumpkin pie iced chai with a shot of espresso. All other coffee shops we get the drink from the drink has some sweetness to it. Not overbearing but sweet nonetheless. This drink had none. Maybe I am not aware how they make it and should have asked, but it had no sweetness, and no real pumpkin flavor either. It tasted like unsweetened chai tea with a bunch of milk. Kind of disappointed but would maybe try something else...
