Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fairburn

I will never go there again! The food was terrible but the customer service even was worse. I went there on the evening of 12/31/24. An older Mexican lady serving the food has the worse attitude and does not listen when telling her what all you want on your plate, and then gets upset that you stop her while making the plate to tell her that she’s making the bowl wrong. She moves entirely too fast without even listening and ends up putting the wrong stuff on the bowl. She also got mad that I told her she wasn’t paying attention to how she was preparing the bowls, because one had way less meat on it and she got mad that I asked her to balance it out and not just have one small scoop of meat on the bowl and the rest just a bed of rice. She proceeded to put one small scoop more of meat on the bowl and said it would be an extra charge. Then she prepared both bowls so sloppy that it looked distasteful. I refused to pay extra, a total of $46 for two bowls that ended up being more because she wasn’t listening and she just started throwing large portions of everything on the bowl out of anger. It was really sloppy and disgusting. She began to speak in Mexican to the cashier about me and had the worse attitude throwing up her hands and rolling her eyes at me when I told the cashier I refused to pay extra for the mistakes of the server not listening. I refuse to go back to this place, I’d rather drive to another location nearby. Furthermore when customers arrived, the staff was really rude yelling out what items they don’t have, which was shredded cheese and guacamole, hoping that customers would leave so that they wouldn’t have to work. The service here is terrible and they want the customers to pay for the lack of professionalism. Absolutely disgusting! DO BETTER and hire people who actually listen and take pride...

Googled the closest Chipotle to me, and this was it. Drove about 5-7 minutes to the location. Fairly new building so I had high expectations. Sadly, I was let down.

Walked in, was not greeted. Got to the counter and let my coworker order 1st. He placed his order with one woman and when it was my turn she walked off, no explanation, just walked off to shake the chips in the oil.

A younger girl took over my order. I placed it and she didn't hear anything I said.. ok, let's try again. I got the bowl. She gave me a decent amount of rice. Then a sad little scoop chicken. Then she looked at my face and added a little more.

Once it was time for the veggies, I stated what I wanted, the girl looked at me as if I was bothering her. Didn't phase me, I continued on with my order. I asked her for SW Vinegarette, she looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language.

As we went down the line, I asked for guacamole, she gave me the hugest helping, I was thrown off, like girl, why would you give me so much guacamole? Then, she slides my bowl down, to the register and asked if my coworker and I are together.

She proceeded to bag up the food and hand it to me, I asked her for the Vinegarette again, she turns around and snatched 2 off the counter and awakardly tries to hand them to me. We pay and leave.

The food wasn't very flavorful, just ate it because I was hungry. There was a hard piece of something in my food. Felt like a rock or something. Weird...

1st: when new customers arrive in the store, greet them.

2nd: be a little more friendly to customers. You'll only have to deal with us for 5 minutes max.

3rd: if you're not a friendly person by nature, 9x's outta 10, you should not be working in customer service.

Yeah, to sum this up... I will not be coming back to this...

I have never seen so many YOUNG women with attitudes at work in my life lol. The two working the line and the cashier on 4/11/23 at 6:30p need to go ahead and quit if they are truly that miserable serving- and trust me I get it. The cashier literally looked like she was about to hit me because I asked her for a bag with handles vs her trying to stuff two bowls and 4 side cups of veggies in a regular burrito bowl small bag . The line was FILTHY and the line worker with the spider like eyelashes and braids picked up a piece of veggie that fell off the spoon onto the dirty counter and put it in my bowl. There were plastic cups that spilled inside the queso and the line workers acted like they did not see it. Another worker came from the back and even asked “did you all seriously not see the stack of side cups just sitting in the queso?” To which spider lashes replied with a smart ‘nope’. They were out of steak and when asked if any was coming up the answer was ‘not no time soon’. I was trying with this location bc I really do understand tht food service is not a easy job mentally but these little little girls feed off of each other. 2 ppl walked out and I promise you they were moving slow on purpose. With 6 ppl in front of me and two walking out .. it took me 24 minutes. Owner needs to restaff or shut this thing down bc with how dirty the store and staff is plus the attitudes.. wiping their faces and scratching braids with gloves on ..somebody is bound to get...
