I had breakfast wifi my sister and cousin on yesterday morning. We thought, hmmm, nice, quiet, clean, hardly anyone else in the restaurant, we thought this was perfect. BIG, HUGE mistake!!! Took forever to be seated, then , took forever for the server to come over and greet us. Just slowful about everything she did and said. Our server Arianna was rude and very nonchalant. I had taken all I could possibly take at that point, I had to ask for management. It was so bad that my cousin started to the manager that she wanted something else to drink but was scared to ask the server because she didn't want her to put anything on her drink. The manager said "OMG" I will get it. That's awful to have to experience something like that from someone whose delivering your food and drink. To top it off, the server attitude never changed, she never came back and offered an apology or to see if she could get us anything. The manager had to come and take our payment. We were not extended any other type of service or anything. There are so many businesses and restaurants hiring. I get it, it's hard to find workers now because none wants to work but on the same hand, your customers should not have to suffer. The same customer service should be extended whether you have 1 or 100 workers. They're should be 0 tolerance for sorry, ugly, nonchalant attitudes. We should be able to eat in peace and be happy when we leave your establishment...
Read more2.5 star. . . Nice new establishment. Perfect size for the area. Clean and modern. As of this post the restaurant closes at 8PM due to staffing and product availability. Visited at 6pm in the evening on a Saturday rainy day. Not many people but very concerning service. The girls working are young and could probably care less about waiting on customers. One was Vanessa who was the better of the two but without her and the other server the store would probably be closed due to no workers. Concerning that the manager was not out helping the 5 tables the 2 servers couldn't handle.😂. The cooks were apparently not reading the orders bc both of our meals came out totally wrong. Another table had to keep getting up to ask for refills b/c the girls were on their cell phones instead of helping patrons. . . and WORSE. . .an elderly couple came in and the hubby had to ask, after 20 min, if they forgot about them. Even worse - the server replied that it was not her area. WTH???? And this entire time a manager was apparently in the store. Where had she been? Apparently she also thought it slow she felt no need to come out to see how her store was doing!!! I will NEVER visit again. After sending ALL food back for being wrong it came out correctly the 2nd time around. It was perfect BUT why didn't it just come out right the first time on a slow rainy day???? Priority should always be those in the store. I'm...
Read moreIHOP, in general, has REALLY fallen off!!! The last 3 times I've visited (different locations over a 2yr period), it's gotten worse each time. This last time (Senoia Rd- Fairburn) took the cake. The server was very nonchalant, almost as if he was annoyed, and kept cutting me off when I asked questions while ordering and after he brought the food. I have a whole grown man of a husband, who ordered the appetizer sampler, and what he got was even disappointing - 3 measly undersized cheese sticks (used to be 4 big ones), 5 greasy oversized onion rings, and a small chicken breast, because as the waiter stated "we are out of chicken strips". Could you have let us know this before hand? Not to mention, the chicken BLT w/a 5-cheese blend that I ordered was another small chicken breast cut in half on a haogie roll with shredded Colby jack cheese - dry and tasteless. None of it was worth what they charged for it. I didn't make a big deal in store, but I did show them that you cheat me, you get cheated. No tip and a bad review on every social I can find. Do better. Resturants want customers to pay "premium" or "inflationary" prices, then your product needs to reflect that in the taste...
