Raw burger and fries from rotten potatoes!! Major food safety issues tonight.
I eat here all the time and have never had an issue until today and it was vile. Ordered from a UberEats. When we unwrapped the burgers there were condiments everywhere. Like three times as much as required. Mildly annoying, and very messy, but scraped off the extra ketchup, mustard etc. and moved on. Poured out the fries to see that half were made from rotten potatoes! Rotten black patches through the fries! When I finally got around to taking a few bites of my burger I see that the burger is raw inside. Not pink, but purple. My son had already eaten his entire burger before I saw mine was raw! Called the restaurant immediately and the manager simply said “Really sorry about that” and hung up. Read moreWent in with my wife and daughter to order fries as a snack. 30 minutes later, still no fries. But plenty of other people got their orders which included fries. When I asked what the status of my order was, they said one minute and that was before I waited another 15 minutes and called them out on how crazy it is to wait over 30 minutes for just fries and how people who ordered after me got their food.
Staff openly complain about management and no sense of urgency. Meanwhile, the staff shows no effort or empathy for not having a sense of urgency to make my order.
Either way, it was a garbage experience. Never going back.

Read moreI'm local and come here to treat myself. I used to enjoy it. Not anymore. First, it is a dead, joyless atmosphere. Second, they cater to mobile orders over diners. Third, their employees are either hostile or incompetent or both. On the last visit, one called my number, saw me coming towards her, made eye contact, then ignored me for five minutes before handing the bag to me (they put it on shelves behind the counter). The other employee forgot my milkshake order. This is typical of their "service" over the past few years. The buns tasted low end. Their portions are shrinking. I left feeling half empty. And to top it off, their prices are way too high. This franchise and this location is in big trouble. I am not returning unless they make big changes...
