It all started with a phone call at 9:11 pm cst as per the sign on the drive or pick up window, orders had to be either placed inside or called into the restaurant. After several questions to which I was given answers, I placed an order specifically for a chef salad (1/2) and a roast beef sandwich. The roast beef sandwich was to be hot, served on grilled bun with meat and cheese. Nothing more. No complaints on the prep of the 1/2 chef salad. I was told the order would be completed and ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Not a problem. At 9:32 pm, I drive up to the window and ask for my order. I then paid for the order via debit card. (Time of the transaction on receipt) There was a wait at the window for perhaps 2-3 minutes when I was told it was going to take another 5-7 minutes for the roast beef sandwich. I was asked to pull around to the front and someone would bring the order out to me. Once again, not a problem. I patiently waited the length of time I was told it would take, but no one came out to my car. I followed up with a phone call from my car at 9:49 pm requesting the status of my order, to which I was told it was just coming out and that someone would be bringing it out. Once again, I patiently waited until the order was brought out to me and ended the encounter politely with a thank you. However, I get home with the order and to my dismay, the sandwich prepared was full of peppers. It also had to be heated up in the microwave because the sandwich and was not hot!! He tried to tell me when I should call in if a pizza is not quality. I advised I had not had one before this horrible & he was making excuses as to why the cheese was over cooked & how no one else had complained as evidence that mine was fine, the customer must be the issue. The pizza crust was overcooked, the edges almost to hard to bite and there was nothing creamy about the cheese. It looked & tasted reheated. The ravioli was overcooked as well.
