Very underwhelming experience. First and foremost, it is absolutely imperative to have a business people can find and this location is not easy to find at all. My friend and I had to circle around till we found this place as it is hidden and has no signs besides on the window glass and even those are not exact to what this place is. Rating of 2/10 for location Secondly after finding the place the only parking around is a 2 hour parking which defeats the purpose of paying for an entire day at this location if you have to leave or move your vehicle after 2 hours. 4/10 for parking My toddlers had fun for about 30-40 minutes and the rest of the time she was just following my 10 year old around. My friend’s 4 year old had nothing to do there but sit in the ballpit and play with the toddler. 5/10 for amount of things to do for kids and being able to keep them entertained while adults chat. This place will change EVERYONE. They will charge your 4 month old baby sitting on the carpet and your 13 year old playing with the toddler. They are very clearly money hungry and do not disclose the age limits on their website or social media and when asked, they said they will charge any “child” but failed to explain what age group a set “child” belongs too. 2/10 for transparency The food tasted really good just needed more salt but the amount of fries and salad for $4 was good! Seems like they’re trying to be like a healthier cafe style place but food choices are odd in my opinion but that’s not here or there. I’d say the food is 6/10 which is good, just wish they had more options. Looks like the owners took the previous criticism about upstairs being too hot and added two fans which worked great so that’s 10/10 for listening to previous criticism. Customer service was good. The lady that helped us, Her name starts with K (not giving full name to protect her identity) was nice but overly enthusiastic, which is just not my personal preference but I think many people would like her so she’s a good person to keep. The other lady was absolutely meh and stand-offish, I didn’t even bother getting her name. I’ll give 9.5/10 for miss K customer service. Now let’s discuss their party packages. Those are absolutely ridiculous and based on my mom group, everyone agrees. $200 for 5 kids plus $20/adult yikes. Play street museum you get entire gym for 15-20 kids for under $400 and they are more entertainment. I know they offer food as well, but the lack of options and high pricing per person plus low number of kids invited would make this place not a location of chalice for many. 3/10 party package raring. Overall it’s 3/10 because paying $12 for unlimited play is a good price but they would only change kids in the target group of 1-4 years old. Charging a newborn or a preteen is absurd

Working/in school parents need more places like this! My kiddo and I arrived about 9:40 and stayed til noon. She was entertained the whole time. When we sat at a table they immediately bring out a carafe of water for you! They also offered us complimentary socks if we had forgotten ours! We ordered an early lunch about 10:30 ish. Initially I ordered her just the kids pasta (9.99) and myself a coffee caramel later with coconut milk(6.99). Later we added a side of fries for myself and kiddo to share. (3.99) the food was warm and little one devoured it! I’d like to say I’m a French fry connoisseur and the fries were SO great and crispy! The coffee was AMAZING. I’m pretty picky about my iced coffee and this was better than Starbucks in my opinion. There are tons of open play options. The ballpit was a favorite of my kiddo as well as the dress up center. The outdoor space is great, even in the cold today because the sun shines right on the space it was just warm enough with your jacket. Even while working I can keep an eye on my little with the big windows, sometimes it seems other parents are more engrossed in their conversations but that’s not something the employees can control. We can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu! Oh and the absolute best thing is there seems to be an employee cleaning and wiping/sanitizing things down. Seriously such great peace of mind because of that. The bathrooms also have a kids potty seat as well and stools! They also had high chairs WITH footstools. My little doesn’t use them anymore but I was amazed that they had these.

This family/kids cafe is an absolute delight! The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a charming and meticulously designed space. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully thought out. The menu offers a delectable array of breakfast, lunch, and brunch options that are sure to satisfy every palate. The flavors are incredible, and each dish is prepared with utmost care. One thing that sets this cafe apart is its commitment to cleanliness. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a spotless environment, creating a safe and comfortable space for families and children to enjoy their meals. But that’s not all. This cafe truly caters to kids with a variety of engaging activities. From busy boards to slides, there’s no shortage of fun things for little ones to play with. The attention given to creating a kid-friendly atmosphere is commendable. Overall, I highly recommend this family/kids cafe. It’s a place where you can enjoy exceptional food, experience a captivating ambiance, and have your children entertained. It’s a true gem in every aspect, and I can confidently say it deserves a 5-star rating.

Honestly, great concept but the implementation is just horrible. My first impression was the non-existent service upon walking in. I basically had to figure out how this place worked by relying on the guests already dining and the signs posted. Eventually a staff member walked out from the kitchen and asked me to sign the waiver, which I had already done during my wait, only to assign me to a table that wasn't even bussed yet. I had to use my own anti bacterial wipes from my own bag to wipe down the table.

This is a scan with your phone, order, then the food is brought to your table. I bought a day play pass for my child and brunch. No complaints about the wait but they did bring us food we didn't order. I told them we didn't order it and they brought it to the correct table. This does happen at other restaurants but given what had already happened so far, this just shows how disorganized this place is. Also, every single table had water and I was not offered water which shows inconsistency with their service. And before people say, "well you could've ordered water", bottled water was out of stock according to their toast tab menu. It would've also been nice to notify customers when they were out of hash browns and needed to be subbed with diced potatoes. Extremely pissed off we had to order and tip before everything because you can guarantee it would've been different.

The toys and play equipments were dirty, broken, and extremely disorganized. 2 stars just because they have an air conditioned play area for kids and they have souvenir bubbles if you're fortunate enough to have a staff there right when you leave.

Take your money and...
