I’m so beyond HAPPY/PLEASED that I found this incredible Jewelers- Nasr Brothers Jewelers. I say “Jewelers” not “Store” for a reason- working with Paul (one of the owners) & staff, they’re more than a Store. A store to me is a place to shop...absolutely this is a place to shop & purchase items. When saying Jewelers you get above phenomenal service- them knowing about all types of jewelry/stones & watches. Doing everything right & truly know what they’re doing. They’ve a fantastic display of inventory. If they don’t have what you’re looking for- Paul is the gentleman to ask- he’ll find it!!!

They’ve several other stores- a family business- I believe 40 years. That right.... that says it all. I’m not surprised with the overwhelming comments- 5 stars & how wonderful they’re.

I found them 6 months ago. I was needing several watches- battery replacements & repairing to be done. Paul was above & beyond knowledgeable, gracious- plus Paul & his staff knows what they were doing. I had 6 watches & 2 had to be sent out for repair. I was amazed how fast I got all of them back. When I go into their store now, I could spend hours in there. Paul treats you as family. I’m so beyond impressed. I’ve other items that need to be repaired & cleaned- in fact one is my wedding set. I’m extremely picky & don’t trust everyone.... basically afraid of leaving my diamonds (absolutely not the case here). I’m planning to leave my rings to be refurbished. Paul & I also talked about- one of these days I want to upgrade my diamond. It will definitely be the place I’ll go to & trust 100%.

Nasr Brothers staff is so beyond friendly. The store is BEAUTIFUL & EXQUISITE, beyond ELEGANT. As I said above, it’s a place you walk in, feel at home & have a cup of coffee- become fast friends. I Highly recommend this Jewelers. If I could....would give it more than a “5 star rating”. I’ve found my “go to” place & will never go anywhere else. Lol- obviously I couldn’t be more happier- not enough words to express...

I was referred to Nasr Bros by Kay Jewelers actually, because I needed my sterling silver wedding ring and engagement rings all soldered together making it 1 ring. Kay Jewelers was unable to do it because they said they only work on rings that were purchased through them, so they told me Nasr Bros would be able to. I took my rings in and left them to all be soldered together, I specifically told them I wanted silver soldering on my rings so it matches my silver rings and wouldn't be different colors. I came to pick up my ring once they called and said it was ready and the solderings were of a yellow color, like yellow gold? Also a small stone was missing on the side part of the ring. So I called and spoke with the manager, he said to bring it back in and they would replace the missing stone, plus check to see why the solderings weren't silver like I asked for, but instead were a yellow color. I brought the ring back in, I was told they would re-solder them and make sure the soldering were silver this time to match my silver ring and also replace my missing stone. Well once I got the call back everything was finished, I went in to pick up my ring for the second time. The ring was clearly bent on one side right next to the main stone, I asked about why it was bent and was told because silver is softer and that they had to re-solder the rings twice so that's why it could have gotten bent. Very unprofessional!! They did offer a refund for the soldering I paid for, which is nice and all but it doesn't make up for the fact my wedding ring I'm supposed to wear for the rest of my life is now bent and doesn't look very esthetically pleasing anymore. I drove in from out of town to receive an heirloom piece that needed a little TLC. I found Nasr Bros online two days later and decided to visit them with my family. Paul and Maya made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered the building, and the care that they took in speaking with me and finding out about the ring was everything I hoped for and more. Paul went out of his way to ensure that I had my ring back before I was to leave town (4 days later) and he delivered. I returned to pick up the ring with the family member who gave it to me, and we cried happy tears when we saw it on my hand completely restored to its original beauty.
